I’m not sure why people would rate this place which only two or three stars but these guys definitely make the best pizza in town! And the calzones are delicious!!! Would recommend! Five stars!

Ordered tonight as we did not feel like cooking. Opted to spend a little more for«good» pizza. Order was place d at 6:25 p.m. Ordered a 18″ 5 meat + mushroom add some pop and order was a good 30.00+. Don’t mind paying for good food. Over an hour later the pizza arrived… Cold. After calling the store the manager passes the phone to a very sweet lady who apologized. She said she would compensate our next order. I informed her we would not be ordering again. She offered to refund the order. I accepted, then in the background you hear the manger yelling angerly and disrespectfully to the lady on the phone. I felt so bad for her. Told her I understand and accepted a 5 $ refund on the order. Here is a suggestion. Respect your employees and work to improve your problems. We all have bad nights, but that is a lot of money to pay for what we got.

I’m not here to talk about the mediocre food I received at this establishment, but to review the staff working there. Luckily I did my ordering online. If the incompetence and sheer rude behavior of the delivery driver reflects anything that their company stands behind, you guys need to rebrand and rehire. I ordered my food, took little longer than normal but I’m not one to complain usually. Once the driver came and knocked on my door, I made sure my cat was away from the door because he likes to run out. I quickly go out the door and greet the delivery driver. He then looks down and sees I’m not wearing shoes and PUSHEDPASSEDMEANDPUSHEDMYDOOROPEN. Let me just tell you it took every inch of Marine Corps discipline to not jump this fucking moron. I grabbed his arm and said«no I have a cat in there and if gets out because of you I’m not responsible for what I do». Either way the dude was trying to tell me to put shoes on… Dude they’re my feet fuck off. Anyways moral of the story this place is lucky I don’t sue them for attempting to enter my home without permission. Don’t go here and if you are currently a customer don’t support this place. There are much better places out there. Fuck you fudge.

Love this place. Eat here 2x a week or more my kids love it. The carry out prices are great. I get a 20″ for $ 16.19 with tax. Nd the ppl are nice

I ordered for pickup since they have pickup specials. Called, said it would be ready in 15, and it was! Delicious and huge! Will be going back. I’m really sad they only have one star. But then again, I didn’t order online, I called.

I hate to give this place even one star. Dang I wish I would have checked this website before I ordered from this restaurant. Nearly every review is negative and mine would be as well. I ordered 4 items, 3 were delivered. I called to discuss my order and that I didn’t get my dessert and the calzone was burnt, the cinnamon sticks were dry and the chicken wings were cold. The person who was on the other side of the phone did not care at all. I just spent over $ 30 and not a penny was it worth it. I asked that they come back and pick it up and got attitude and now am wondering if I really will see a refund on my credit card. STRONG advise do not order from this restaurant. PS their prices are too high for crummy service and bad food.

We tried this place for a second time, we were craving wings and I believe in giving a place at least 2 try’s before I never go back. We ordered through Grub Hub and the food came within a reasonable time however it was cold. The pizza was disgusting and the wings were horrendous soaked in an oil that tasted like it was sitting frozen with the wings for months and then reheated. How is this place still in business???

Ordered through GrubHub which is a pretty simple service. Waited for over an hour and finally got a call from Pudge Bros delivery driver saying they were out of pasta for Alfredo. They said the manager tried to call which is BS! I mean wow what a waste of time! I’ve never eaten here hell I tried, but noway will I try again.

If I could give this place a zero right now I would! I made a call yesterday to place an order for delivery. I was put on hold immediately, without even waiting for my response. If you are not going to listen to the answer then do not bother to ask me. simply tell me you are placing me on hold. Then when you come back to me, after I ask a few questions, DONOTPLACEMEONHOLDAGAIN!!! I also came to find out that if I wanted a simple child size pizza(pepperoni ~10″) it would be $ 10 wasn’t crazy about it but would have been fine if they didn’t tell me that if I came in to pick up the small pizza, it would have been only $ 5. I guess I get the thought process(sort of) but none the less the whole point of delivery and take out is to avoid the driving. So I call back, after I hung up for being put on hold a second time while trying to place my order, to talk to a manager about my phone service;(meantime placed a delivery call into another pizza place, a $ 50 order at that) to discover that the person I had the issue with WAS the manager. So I called back today to talk with a different manager, to discover the general manager is worse than the lady manager I spoke with on the prior day. I was boldly told that I am not their only customer and that they had others standing in front of them that were waiting. I was also asked if the reason I was calling for was to say that I wouldn’t be ordering from them any more. I have now put in a call to corporate headquarters to hopefully get some sort of civility and manners from someone in charge. For a company to promote on their website about how proud they are of customer service … I hope their headquarters can live to that standard. because this location did not and I have not even tried their food! Will never order from them again. They charged me wrong and when I told the driver he refused to honor the coupon price and wanted to take the pizza back instead of correct their pricing. He tells my 13 year old he is going to take the pizza back? I tried calling the store back but they put me on hold and hung up. Rude and Unethical. Who bates and switches on pizza? Pizza was mediocre. Wish I would’ve read the reviews first!

I’ve been to this place twice and was trying to give it a chance. Both times, very rude service. It is always dark, miserable and creepy inside. The pizza was okay but I just don’t want to deal with rude behavior. The second visit was more like here’s you pizza on a paper plate, bye. Lol um can I get like another plate to cover it up or something, don’t really want to walk outside back to work with just an open plate of pizza lol. Very weird and strange. Not even worth it.

Do not use their online ordering system. Ever. Ever ever. They have the worst customer service here, and the guy that answered the phone(manager maybe?) has an accent that’s hard to understand. Placed our order online at 7:20pm, called at 8:30pm, were told there was no order and we must not have completed it. I had an email confirmation of the order, doesn’t get any more complete than that. After he put me on hold I guess he found our order. When it arrived there was no credit card receipt and we had no cash. Had to call again to give our card information and then wait while the delivery guy went back to get the receipt. The food’s not bad though, and they have a pretty extended menu for a pizza place.

Ordered from here yesterday, one of the only pizza joints that’ll deliver to my work. We got a large 3 topping za, and some wings for $ 18ish. It did the job, nothing amazing, nothing bad. The wings were better then some I’ve had. The delivery was fast too.
