Note:(I called before I went to save a trip) So I understand Coupons and how they expire and Yet you would think due to the Winter storm that They would honor a coupon that is one day old, and most Roads in Aurora aren’t even plowed that they would say sure no problem. Wrong They clearly put customers at the bottom of the Service Pyramid. All I wanted was to use a coupon for a ½ off loaded Tortilla Soup and they said no, I asked for the manager, and she first said he wasn’t there, then said he was right next to them, so I said can I talk to him. Again no he will say the same thing, So that was that. Will never give my business to another Qdoba and Will Boycott this place and others alike for the next 70 years I have left to live. Thank You Qdoba

I haven’t been to a Qdoba in a while so I thought I would stop in for a late lunch. There was no one else in line so I had to wait for the assembly person to come back to the front of the store from whatever they were doing in the back. She was lethargic and clearly did not want to be there, which I understand(I don’t like my job either, but at least I can fake it). The counter was pretty dirty which seemed odd because there were only two other people sitting in the dining area, so they weren’t swamped, they had time to clean up a bit. I had to tell the assembly person a few times to give me more rice, beans, etc. Did they change their portion sizes to half a scoop by default? The food tasted fine but it was also more expensive than I expected, I get bigger portions for less money at Chipotle.

Staff not to friendly and some can’t tell the difference between ranch and sour cream. Food is pretty decent but the attitude of the staff and lack of training takes away from it.

Qdoba is one of my favorite fast casual places but this location is just not the best. It’s my closest location but just lacks communication and service skills. The food is good but they are pretty stingy with the amount. I ask for more all the time but workers just seem to get annoyed. The service is also not the fastest and they lack some communication when trying to order. Once I got a naked veggie and they automatically put chicken on it. But otherwise it’s not the worse.

The two stars are just for the queso. It’s the one thing that Qdoba has on Chipotle any day. However, that’s about it. This location is super slow on a regular day – imagine what it was like last night when they had their BOGO event. They sent out an email to those who have their loyalty card announcing that if they brought in a friend for dinner they would receive a free entrée with the purchase of one. Well my husband and I nabbed the kid and went off for a cheap dinner. The line surrounded the entire building. Now, of course I expected it to be a bit busy, but they obviously didn’t plan ahead. They had a total of 4 people working in the restaurant. One cooking, another working the register, and two others preparing orders. Not only did this make the wait times longer than necessary it also contributed to a unkept restaurant. The tables were filthy, trash cans were overflowing, and the soda station needed refilling. I applaud the marketing to get more customers but a little foresight would ensure customers would then return.

The revised menu and the way customers order makes it take longer. Prices have gone up and quality and quantity way down. The new smothered burrito option is a smaller tortilla and all the fixins go on the side. Looks like this location is under new management as the employees couldn’t tell right from left and were not friendly. I used to love this quick stop for a bite but no longer. Go elsewhere in the mall. Like On The Border. The wait time is basically the same.

I love Qdoba and enjoy their food but this location is not a good location. First off they tore my burrito in half yet still wrapped it in foil, they don’t wear name tags and the receipt just shows«drawer 2» as the host so I can’t include a name with the review. I was also barked at in terms of them«asking» me what I wanted on my burrito. Never again for this location, drive further if you actually want to enjoy the burrito you pay 9 $ for.

This location is absolutely horrible. The people that serve you seem to hate their job and always roll their eyes at your requests. Often times there will not even be a smile from any of the workers. A few months back they had their deal for BOGO mango salsa burrito and before I could even request no beans, I’m allergic, she put them on and would not accept my request for no beans because, «That’s how the burrito is supposed to be.» She was very stubborn and would not budge so I left and have never went back. With their new price increase is even more reason to stay away. My review is overdue but I felt this needed to be said. The rice was also always very dry and bland. The chicken and queso were great though. They receive two stars because some of the food was good but the service was so horrible that I actually feel unwelcomed.

I’m apparently way overdue in updating this review. My last review said the burritos were«about $ 6». Their new pricing structure is that you can put whatever you want you on your burrito and it’s «only» $ 8.40. Don’t want the extra stuff? That’s great for them, cause you’re still paying for it. Burritos seem about a third of the size they used to be, and about 6 months ago they dropped ground beef for chorizo, which is not remotely the same thing. So now I can no longer get my kid anything here, and the half the time I feel like getting ground beef I’m SOL. So if you want to pay way more money for way less food, and for options you don’t want, this is a great place to go. Only reason it’s a 2 star is the staff are relatively friendly and what food you do get here actually usually tastes good.

Can’t ever go wrong with qdoba, but I hate when the manager is working at this location. He makes sure to only give you half a scoop of everything! Charging up the butt for the food but only gives you 4 pieces of chicken. If I see him here I leave, he’s so obviously cheap and it’s irritating. I understand the bottom line but seriously, c’mon guy load that big ol tortilla up on more than salsa!

We stopped in here last weekend for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and the food was good. There really wasn’t anything to complain about. The one thing I’m not a fan of is the new soda machines that some of these Qdobas and other restaurants are putting in. I prefer the old style. I’m not going to dock a place a star over something trivial like that though. I’m sure we’ll return here sometime.

We visit the at 23903 E Prospect Ave. Aurora, Co 80016, usually weekly if not more. I just want to compliment Ricardo and his crew there. Ricardo is one of the hardest workers I ever see on a regular basis. He always has a smile and this Qdoba is fortunate to have such a dedicated motivated and friendly employee. Very few places offer this type of customer service and reliability. The store is always clean friendly and delicious. Probably our #1 top spot to eat near our home and a big reason is, we know Ricardo will be there with a smile! I just wish we could give him a big tip because money can’t buy an employee like that.

Qdoba always hits the spot for some reason! This Qdoba, I think, is especially nice because of the staff. They are always happy and always super helpful. The queso is delicious and I would recommend going with the 3-Cheese Nachos with Chips on the side, that way they don’t get too soggy!

This Qdoba is nice open sunny one in Southlands mall. It has lots of parking and seating within restaurant. The servers are always quick and friendly and the food always tastes fresh(not like it has been out for who knows how long like some other ‘dobas). My absolute favorite thing is their Queso — which for«fast food» is a cheesy, spicy, yummy concoction that makes me want to put it on chips, my burrito, eat it with a spoon — you name it! I am a lover of the big burrito shops, but ‘doba has one over on Chipotle to me since it has a wider menu. Not just burritos, but Mexican gumbo, salads, tacos, you name it! Good locations, cheap eats, lots of parking — I say give it a go!
