My sister and I really wanted to get our nails done and the door says walk-ins welcome. I think they need to change it to by appointment only. Took 30 mins for my sister to be taken back for her pedi which is understandable as we were walk-ins and it was busy. around 12:45pm. They took my grandma back to get her eyebrows waxed which was maybe 35 mins after we walked through the door. Took an additional 15 minutes before they even started on my sister, by then the water was cold. They didn’t ring my grandma up right away and we sat there for over an hour, waiting. No magazines… I have a phone, but my 84 year old grandma is just sitting there. We were asked several times what we wanted because no one bothered to write anything down. Some guy was constantly on his phone at the front and although he was pleasant to converse with, it was kind of unprofessional. Then he got up and left the store. My sister is still getting her feet done when my grandma and I decide to go next door and get a drink from Subway. We were in there about 15 – 20 minutes before we came back in and I brought my sister a drink while her mani was drying. Saw a text from her letting me know 3 mins after I left, they were apparently ready for me(1.5 hrs later after 2 – 3 booths had been open for half of this time. I thought they forgot) and that they were anxious and antsy because we didn’t pay yet for the waxing($ 10) — –because no one asked us to pay right away and my sister was still there. We were parked right infront of the shop in a bright blue car — -they made her pay for the waxing and her nails before they would finish her mani. We had intentions to pay when she was settling up. Had they not done that, she probably would have tipped double/triple what she did. She tried telling them we were all together but they were freaking out too much. We all three came in together, no need to make my sister feel like a thief. Would have been solved if someone bothered to take our payment instead of making us wait another 45 – 50 minutes. If you’re too busy, tell me. Just be honest. If you don’t want to, just be honest. It’s fine. What’s not cool is that I wasted 1.5 hours and didn’t get my own nails done, which would have been a half hour more, maybe? I’ve been to this location about 5 times, it was my go-to nail salon since it’s so close to home. I get that I was a walk-in, but when you see about 5 people just kind of lingering around after you’ve been waiting over an hour, it’s very frustrating. We will not be coming back and this business probably doesn’t even care. Shame, cause usually their work is good. Customer service is terrible.

This salon is definitely my favorite in all of Colorado. Granted, I haven’t been to all of them. But I’ve been to a lot in the Denver area and even Aurora. Quan was so nice and he was seriously one of the coolest owners I’ve ever talked to. He actually stayed late to do my rebase after I had the absolute best pedicure in the world. Even if I say late though, he still did not rush or ruin any part of my nails. He listened throughout the whole time I talked and even made great small talk! My sister & I went tonight and I’m thinking of taking my whole family now! This is definitely my favorite salon and I think I’ve found my home base. Could not recommend this salon any more than I am, but go in and enjoy this amazing service!

STAYAWAYFROMTHEGUYWHOWORKSHERE! SOORUDE and HURTME! I had nails done here Sat. and by Monday I was in so much pain I had to get the nails taken off! he was rough and drilled too far into my nail bed. On top of that he was very rude, I was told to be quiet because I was talking to my sister next to me and was snappy thru the whole thing. We had an appointment and had to wait a ½ hr, then I was rushed through my manicure. The other girls working there are very sweet but the only guy was RUDE!

Called in at 4pm on a Saturday to check on the wait and 15 minutes later I was getting a shellac mani and pedi. The service was great and I loved the designs. It was clean and didn’t smell bad at all. They hooked up my eyebrows too, which was convenient. Will be returning!

I came here because of Unilocal… I’m in the Denver area for work and busted a nail while traveling. They were able to get me in quick and after my time at this salon, I wish I lived here. I got the best manicure!!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been here about 5 times. I’m happy with each outcome. They get very busy so it may be better to make an appointment especially on the weekend.

Qwan, and Lilly @ RM Nails made me feel welcome even though I was a «walk in». I got my own nails painted utilizing schilack style polish. Harder and more durable than traditional polish. Got brows waxed too. I’m very happy with all results. Prices are about the same as other places I’ve been. I will definitely be back for a pedicure. They have reclining/massaging/vibrating pedicure chairs that make clients look like they’re in heaven. I will wait for the next day of pampering to get that done. Pricing for pedicures is a tier-type system. The more you have done the more it will cost you, which is also typical. What isn’t typical is the nail techs speak English even though they are obviously Vietnamese and engage clients in typical chit-chat conversation. Which doesn’t happen everywhere. I really liked this nail salon a lot.

Excellent service! I got a rebase on my acrylic nails which was $ 15 with regular polish and the $ 33 pedi(it was worth it for the paraffin wax and the extra massage time/scrubs!) but they do have a $ 23 basic pedicure, and other combo deals if you’re getting a mani/pedi. Everything was very clean, great massage chairs(I was practically falling asleep) and their prices are comparable to other nail salons, with an exception: I’m visiting from Florida so I’m not sure what the norm is here in Aurora, but they have a punch card which after a certain number of stamps gets you up to a $ 17 discount. Pretty worth it for regulars.

I went in thinking they had good reviews. So I thought I would try them out because they are very close to my home. I walked in they seemed very busy. So they didn’t want to take time to help me out letting me see their choices. . They were in too much of a rush. This was my first time getting my nails done there. The girl that did my nails was very rough and caused me pain. I just wasn’t very happy with the service and how they were in a rush. The nails overall were pretty good. I think I may get my nails rebased somewhere else though. I didn’t really even get a chance to think about what I really wanted for my nails. I brought my daughter in and she got her nails done with no charge The nail person didn’t tell me they were done and they were not going to charge me for her painting of her nails and I could go, I kept waiting to pay for her nails. So one of the nail people rudely said bye I took it as leave lady. Instead of saying thank you come back again. Not sure if I will be back there.

Went in for a pre-ankle-surgery pedicure cause I thought maybe if my feet looked cute the doctor would be more inclined to make sure I didn’t lose one. Wasn’t necessarily impressed with the french paint job or nail shaping, which I felt I could’ve done better at home, but all of the extras, the massage and parafin and scrub and such were the best I’ve had in a long time and that’s the real reason I go for a professional pedicure anyhow, so I left happy enough. The service was also very cheerful and pleasant. The friend I went with accidentally knocked over and broke a bottle of polish and they were very gracious about not letting her help clean it up or charge anything for it(the tip made up for it, but that was still kind of them) or making it uncomfortable and embarrassing in anyway. Pricing was reasonable and I’ll gladly go again whenever my ankle is capable of withstanding such things again. Would give a 4.5 if I could, I just couldn’t really do five stars with my nails slightly jagged and uneven. But really. Massage. Worth it.

I recently moved to Aurora from NH and LOVED my nail salon back home. I went to R M nails and was treated like a princess! Lynn did my nails I would highly suggest her. If your looking for a relaxing pedicure this is the place to go! For a regular pedi it is only $ 22 which is the cheapest I have ever paid! Good luck!

I went here based on Unilocal.I was looking for a clean place that treats you right. This place is on the mark. I felt welcomed and then I felt pampered. I don’t remember the last time my piggies looked this lovely.

This place is by far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. And I’ve been to plenty! The service there is great, everyone is friendly, the place is clean and you always feel at home. One of my pet peeves is when the nail techs start talking to each other in Vietnamese and you sorta feel like«what’s going on?»…I’ve never had that happen here. They actually know some English and they try to have a real conversation with you. I live in Littleton and I drive 40 minutes to get here. Quan(the owner) is so talented & does a great job every single time. He’s patient, thorough and makes sure you leave happy. I could go on and on with how great this place is but if you’ve read this long, just go already! You won’t be disappointed !

Just returned home from RM Nails. I haven’t had a pedicure for 5 months and just wanted someone to declaw my feet: P This place had previous good reviews(over a year ago though) so I thought I would try it out since it’s minutes from my house. I made a call and the proprietor told me the service and price ranges and even explained the steps of their services. I made an appointment and was 2 minutes late, but no problem there. I was pleasantly greeted and there were two other customers in the shop who looked really happy with whatever that were done to them. I was impressed by the speed I was ushered into my «throne» and the young lady, Kathy who helped me, was very smiley. She talked little English but from what I gathered, she’s from Vietnam and has only been in US for 2 years, so I appreciated the amount of english she already knew. Kathy was attentive to me and didn’t chit chat with the other ladies in Vietnamese, which I was totally thankful for. I had a simple pedicure with nail polish, and I was there from 9:30am to 11am. Kathy did everything right, from cutting nails, buffing feet to recommending colors. Wish I had asked her to massage my calves harder but I was too caught up with my phone. There was no up-selling and no pressure to do more when I told them I wasn’t going to mani since I have an active baby. One of the other patrons who sat next to me actually exclaimed loudly that she just had THEBEST Mani/Pedi EVER; apparently she’d been to many mani/pedis joints but it was her first time to R M Nails after heeding a word of mouth recommendation from her colleague. Overall, I liked the light bright ambience with music playing from 80s, 90s to opera. I appreciated the attention to detail and care from Kathy. The proprietor also checked in on me to make sure everything was alright. I sat on the massage chair for over an hour before I was moved to the ‘fan” area. There was no rush to pay. One thing to note, they had a sign that says they prefer gratuites in cash. I tipped using my CC since I didn’t bring cash, and they didn’t raise an eyebrow. I will recommend others to try R M Nails out.

I’ve been to this nail shop many times since it opened years ago. Ownership has changed hands but the service has been consistent. The shop is far from fancy but they deliver a decent pedi/mani combo. I really enjoyed my foot massage on this last visit… fantastic! The shop is clean and they offer OPI polishes. I can typically get in and out without any hassle and the prices are decent. I love to have several pedicure spots in rotation. While this isn’t my absolute favorite one, I return time and time again when I’m in the area. They offer gel, shellac and waxing services. No appointment necessary.
