My husband gets his work boots here and it’s always been great. The staff is friendly and they have just what he needs! Never had a problem.

Matt and Alex are great! Super friendly with lots of knowledge and personal insight on the Heritage line as well as the the Work Boot lines which help build the U.S. They will go the extra mile and provided top notch customer service.

HORRIBLEMANAGERANDCUSTOMERSERVICE! The first time we went we got good service and bought the inserts and everything the salesperson suggested, after we explained my husband’s scope of work(mechanic — dealing with oil and metal and all that). Within two weeks of him wearing the boots, the leather on the toes were totally worn and torn. We went back to the store, and the manager tells us we were«ignorant to think the leather would hold up to the user’s roughness on merchandise» and that it is not a defect of the product but the user’s fault. We had told the salesman he was a mechanic and he said leather would be fine! We explained to the manager that his salesperson did not inform us or educate us on the additional«rhino liner» for the toe, and that we would have bought it if we had known. Now we have a hole in the boot, and he only offered to put the rhino liner over the top of the hole. This was after he told us we were«hassling» him. He was so unbelievably rude and offensive to us, calling us «ignorant» and more. I wanted to punch him in his fat stupid face. By the way, the«nearly indestructible» rhino liner tore through less than a month later. Walmart boots hold up better then these pieces of work.

There are walls of men’s shoes but just a very small section of the store is for women. The selection for me personally was even more limited because I had to buy steel toe, and only about half of the small section that they had met that requirement. They don’t do men’s sizes small enough that a woman can just by a men’s shoe in her size. Add to that, the shoes are made in China and the price; if my employer weren’t paying for me to buy shoes here I would have gone elsewhere.
