Rocky Road Remedies – Aurora

This place is ok if you have no idea what you’re buying and you’re a total amateur.
We’ve been going here since they opened at this location. It started off as a beautiful thing. Amazing, quality product, knowledgable staff, clean shop and good prices.
But man oh man… has it ever gone down hill rapidly!
The selection sucks and the product is a massive crap shoot that tends to disappoint for the most part.
What’s worse is you can go in and tell them it sucked and they’ll agree… but not compensate.
They even had to fire their grower and burn a bunch of plants and they’ll tell you all about it or they told us but they offer nothing to makeup for ripping you off… It wasn’t even what it says to was on the labels.
That mahatma stuff is true crap. Again the staff will agree… But do nothing to make you feel less taken advantage of.
We’ve kept trying as we loved it at first but no… just no.
You don’t do you’re clients/​customers like that.
Aaaaand don’t even get me started on their website. It’s never updated and current and it is so crappy to try to use. Not mobile friendly at all either. Pain in the arse!

This place has great prices and excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They also have a great rewards program.

Staff was awesome. Really friendly esp victoria and qey. So happy. Plz go visit. You will love it.
