I went to this salon several months back and saw someone named Kacie. I had read some good reviews about her on another site, so took a chance, as I didn’t want to keep driving up north to my regular stylist. When I first walked in to the salon, I was not impressed. It looked dirty and run down. Kacie was just finishing up her other client, so I did have to wait about 10 minutes or so. As this was my first appointment with her, we discussed the look I was going for and she seemed to understand what I was saying. There were two things I told her I did not want «orange» blonde hair or choppy layers, which is exactly what I ended up getting. When I left I thought it looked okay, but after one wash, I realized how bad the haircut and color really were, not to mention she charged me $ 50 more than her advertised pricing, without a reason. I am guessing it is because I have thick hair, but for her not to say anything is just not good business. I was very disappointed and am now happily driving up north to my trusted stylist.

I have been seeing Ciara for almost a year now and I can not rave about her enough! She is a great hair stylist and knows her color very well! The salon is always clean and quiet.

Wide open and airy, this salon has potential to be great. It’s in the stylists that it falls short. I will try a new stylist more than once to give them fair chance. While I’ve seen Bridgette several times and she is very nice, she talks your ears off about herself. An hour long appointment turns into 2.5 because she talks and gestures and watches herself in the mirror way too much. The highlighting is very erratic (sometimes too chunky, sometimes too thin) and the cuts are not remarkable at all. She styles hair with the «big, southern fluff» every time and I hate it. Have asked her to not do that, yet she does anyway. Talking the whole time. Sadly, I will not return.
