Simple Elegance

Really impressed! Im in ND now but my best friend is still in Aurora so I ordered her some flowers for her bday. They were all out of yellow roses (what I had ordered online) but they called me and were super nice about everything giving me all these options. I ultimately told them to do what they thought was pretty and I am SO happy. They even worked with me on the delivery time as it was sort of specific. Really appreciate it, guys! I will use you again!!!

I called on a Thursday (even though it said they were closed online) and wasn’t sure what arrangement I wanted. Mike took my call, asked the occasion, came up with the arrangement for me, delivered them after hours as I needed a later delivery time, and even gave me his personal number in case I needed to check on the status of the delivery. The flowers were delivered right on time. I was so impressed with the customer service, I will now use Simple Elegance from now on.

Called very last minute to have flowers sent for my anniversary and Mike was awesome! The arrangement was ordered and delivered in about 1 hour! Will definitely use them again, Thank you!

i ordered flowers online for my mom. the system in the website is so organized and easy to pay.
the reason why i ordered flowers online is because i live in San Jose, CA. I placed my order last week and had it scheduled to deliver today by 10am. They delivered on time and also provided really good customer service. I am very happy with this experience. Nothing needs to be worried about. They take good care of the customers. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Adorable shop! I got one set of flowers delivered and another picked up! The delivery was lovely and full of quality roses. The order was placed at 10am and they showed up at my work at noon.
I went to pick up the second arrangement and they remembered that I had a delivery that day too… They were so sweet and even chatted with me about the delivery and made sure I was pleased.
The shop was busy but the customer service was still topnotch. The shop was classy, clean and smelled delicious.
We will be back.

I really love this place! The service here is so friendly and quick! I usually go to Safeway or somewhere for flowers but this time I wanted to try a local business. I was really happy with the result!

I stopped in to Simple Elegance to pick up a sm-​med arrangement for my friend who just had a baby. They were super friendly and invited me to pick out an arrangement in one of their catalogs. It took less than 10 min and I walked out with a beautiful fresh arrangement for a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back.

These folks are absolutely LIFE SAVERS!!! They picked up the ball after another florist really blew it. They were contacted just 3 hours ago to let them know this was really critical. Not only did they get the order completed and delivered (in the middle of some pretty nasty snow) IN 3 HOURS, but they also called me as soon as they had dropped off the bouquet to to let me know how pleased the recipient was.
The flowers were being sent from my Dad (who has advanced Parkinsons and is in a facility) to his wife. She was not expecting them at all. When Dad originally asked her if she got the flowers, she actually thought he was experiencing another delusional spell. It was really sad :*(
What they did today for my family is a kindness that can not be repaid. They not only delivered flowers, but they delivered the love and affection of a sweet and wonderful man to his wife at a time in his life where his ability to share these kinds of moments is very limited.
THAT is the kind of service we would all love to see more often. I can’t thank these folks enough!!! I will use them every time I have any florist needs ins the area.
I was bummed to see that the one other review they had posted was not a good one. I can assure you, they did more than most shops would in my case and I am SO grateful!!!
