Sprint is Sprint. you know what you’re getting when you walk in there. What separates the good stores from the Holy heck awful ones is the staff… this store makes me believe that Customer service is well and truly DEAD, in my experience is the worst. i have gone to it on various occasions to buy 2 phones and have them serviced. every time i’ve walked out with my phone worse then when i walked in… the purchase was painfully clumsy and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing when it came to activate my phone after they set up the account. they were out of stock(wouldn’t you check that before you do anything else) then i was promised chargers etc if i didn’t cancel the order(also out of stock) when i came to pick it up a week later. when i came to get them i think i was pretty lucky to get the phone. my Husband phone was first faulty, then 2 days after we got it they were arguing that it wasn’t their issue and he would just have to suck it up for a few weeks while they sent it away to be fixed. only after i threatened to return it did they stop with their i dont give a crap, not my problem attitude and exchanged it. then that phone was activated on my plan wrong and the bill that followed was insane because they screwed up my plan. they have attempted to service our phones a couple times and only caused more issues with them. Finally we found a location closer to our home that we go to and they are great. However we can’t wait for our contract to be up so we can dump Sprint once and for all.
