I absolutely love the ladies at this store! They are so helpful and knowledgable! Great customer service! I also just enjoy this company in general. They have great incentives when you bring your own bag! They have amazing education and really care about the customers! 5 stars for this place!

They have the worst customer service of any professional beauty supply store. Rude on the phone and rude in person. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to help and they have no personality. I don’t need them to be happy sunshine all day long but put a smile in voice and on your face, I’m spending good money here and there are plenty of other stores I could go to.
