Visited here to do some major homework and studying. The wifi is free but pretty slow. The café is so small and cramped. It is so low on space that whenever people pop the door open to enter and exit, the cold breeze flies in through the entire café. The people are semi-friendly but a little too quiet. The job sure can be done, and it was a decent Starbucks overall.

Was really craving the Christmas blend coffee and after walking 15 min in the snow to get there, I go to order it and they tell me they only serve it in the morning. Every Starbucks I visited last Christmas season offered it all day long. Could never even get connected to the wifi. Very disappointing visit. Staff was friendly though.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to… and I go to A LOT of Starbucks. It once took my family and I 30 minutes to get just up to the window. It seems like they just don’t care about customer service. I’m not expecting much just to get in and out of a drive thru in a reasonable time.

EVERY and I mean EVERY time I go to this Starbucks location and order something customized they get it WRONG! The only thing they can make here are the original drinks that they were trained on.

2 drink orders both WRONG — asked them if they charged for extra, yes we did. Asked them to please put the extra shot — RUDE barista at the register!!! Then my drink was a starbucks double shot and she wrote it down as a strawberry smoothie??? Fortunately barista making my drink decided the extra shot on mine with strawberry didn’t make sense this used to be a great store, I’m reconsidering this today!

Okay before I start i was on my way to work and it was 7am. The staff was actually really happy and friendly with me I ordered a large frappé but they gave me a small I was okay with it cause at least they got my drink right just not my size plus it was early in the morning!

The worst ever and nobody there cared, on Thursday out of stirrers and stops so ok no big deal. Now Friday none of the coffee brewed are labeled, I ask the barista do you have bold before I get in line behind 10 people. Yes we do, ok. I wait in line I get to the transaction person and ask if they have coffee cake because the case is wiped out, yes ok. Now can I have a venti bold, answer No, we’re out of lids. We just sent someone to get them, no what else would you like, we’re just out lids. No how long it will take. They should also get stirrers, sugar and stops where ever they were going because this place is out of control.

I count 8! People working here and yet the front of store is messy, tables are dirty, the refer front case is a total mess and needs restocking. I know they get busy but I’ve never seen that many people doing nothing. The guy behind the counter couldn’t just say my SB card was out of money, he just stood there and kept repeating the remaining total. The only saving grace was the drink was made well. I’m from CA and I thought the work ethic might be better here, but seems laziness is spreading across the whole country.

Is it me or does this Starbucks hate me? It’s the only one near my place, so I frequent this a lot. My orders are mostly hit and miss, I feel bad telling them how to make my drink, cause I feel like a burden. It’s a simple green tea latte(milk, ice, and the matcha), not the secret menu stuff. It varies on who runs the barista and counter, because the taste varies and so does the price. I think I should start heading to the green Wal-Mart and just buy a bottled Frappuccino to just serve my coffee needs. It makes me sad that the service could improve…

Bad service today and employee Tonya on drive thru was rude and curt with her whole customer service I went inside to talk to the manager on duty Kate who was even worse. What was suppose to be a great mother-daughter date turned bad and it was upsetting. I still for the drink for her because I didn’t want her to be punished due to an employee and managers bad service. I will never go their again.

This is a typical Starbucks, nice employees, good service, and great coffee. I frequent this one often because it is close to my work. They’ve messed up a handful of times son my coffee but have always given me a free one or fixed it immediately. Overall a good little coffee shop to visit if you want some Starbucks coffee

It’s a pretty typical Starbucks location. Good coffee, nice selections of extras, and hot breakfast on top of their typical muffins and breads. This location also has a convenient drive through. It always goes faster than going inside as they cater to the people in cars a little faster under the general assumption that they’re in the drive through for a reason, which I can respect. If you’re a frequenter, rack up your purchases on rechargeable gift card that you’ve registered to yourself. This eventually gets you free coffee and some extra perks.
