Terrible customer service experience! No need to get into detail… long story short… The MANAGER, Tom Roscrow, looked me in the eyes, and said«I COULD help you, I have the authority to help you, I am CHOOSING not to! Would not recommend this store. If you MUST use this location, ask for Jose, he is a sales rep, not management. However, he personally bent over backwards and went above and beyond to help me in my situation.

If you want a new phone I highly recommend calling T-Mobile directly. I went into this kiosk with the sole intent of extending my contract to get the discount on the Galaxy S2 which was posted on the T-Mobile website for $ 230. They offered me… Option 1: $ 330 down, $ 15/mo payments for the next two years Option 2: Purchase the phone for $ 500 w/no additional payments RID-iculous. They must work on commission there. What moron would buy a Galaxy S2(or any phone for that matter) for $ 500(especially when the iPhone is selling for $ 200)?! What kind of incentive is that? Talk about encouraging existing customers to want to switch over to another phone provider. I called T-Mobile the following day. With taxes, I ended up paying $ 245 total with no additional payments added to my monthly bill. They even waived shipping and the fee to upgrade my internet service. You suck T-Mobile kiosk.

So after eating qdoba with my pops last night, he recommended me to go to the tmobile shop since I’ve been phone less for quite some time. So when we went in we got really friendly, not helpful service. Obviously on commission, they rushed me and I decided the brand spanking new htc amaze that costs over $ 250.00. This phone is far from amazing! It wouldn’t even charge! So when my mom dropped me off from maggianos, I boxed it up and motor wheel chaired myself and returned it. They told me the night before that I have two weeks to return it if I’m not satisfied. But what they didn’t tell me was they would charge me $ 50.00 for a restocking fee! I was very angry, I didn’t even own it for twenty hours! Okay whatever… So to return it they were rushing me for my license and my credit card. It’s a miracle they didn’t medal detect me and spread my cheeks being as difficult as they were. So I got my refund and asked how long will it take to get my money back? SEVENDAYS! Smh I truly wish I could say ok you’ll get the phone when I get my money…
