This is just down the street from my job and we go get breakfast from them here and there. The morning staff is usually super friendly. The drive through is pretty quick on orders.
If they are delayed they are really good about making chit chat while your waiting.
I don’t care what people say I really like Taco Bell.

My husband and I are new to Aurora, CO. This was our first time eating at this taco bell. Management here really needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of this place, since she didn’t look like she was busy at all! It was about 4:30 p.m. when we got there, only 2 tables were taken and the place was a mess! Food scraps all over the floor, tables and chairs. We couldn’t find a clean table or chair to sit at… I asked the cashier if he could clean off a table for us, which he did, then decided he would wipe down the others and sweep while he was at it. We ordered the 10 pack, with the tacos and burritos. Food was ok. Next time if ever, that I’m craving Taco Bell again, I might give this place a try again, hopefully management will pay more attention to the dining room, since it didn’t look like she was too busy doing anything that day! After all, since it is your restaurant and not your home, Keep It Clean!

General Manager should visit more often. Hi-​Traffic location. Its breakfast menu makes it a target for the drug crowd.
Kitchen staff was proficient and courteous… Except for the older woman working the front counter.
The Front Counter. Even Walmart greeters know how to say Hello.
Send her back to school or replace with someone who doesn’t behave like the Walking Dead.
A neighborhood rebounding from 15 years of recession and drug trafficking, if this location doesn’t remodel and upgrade, it will go under.
The food itself was normal.
If the goal for this location is to represent a loss on the owner’s taxes, congratulations, you’re succeeding.

Food is like any other taco bell but service is extremely slow. Every time I have used the drive through i have had to wait between 10 – 15 minutes for food when there are only two or three cars in front of me.

Once again, they can’t get anything right. I honestly don’t know why I ever allow myself to get so hungry and desperate. Order extra beef in everything because they are so skimpy on and literally its like they went even extra light. Tried the XXL grilled stuff burrito with extra beef. Avocado tasted sour and disgusting. Burrito was stuffed with everything except beef. Gross. Didn’t eat even half. There is about a 35% chance they add extra beef when I order it (if not less, not an exaggeration).

Just got remodeled. The dining area is TINY. I’m sure its to keep out all the highschooler kids during lunch rushes. So far so good, they are training a bunch of new people, so service right now is quite good. Once they work out all the kinks and staff gets settled, I hope they keep up the good service. Before it was remodeled it was awful!
