Roaches everywhere, ghetto area of town, overpriced, leaked water from my windows seal and maintenance still hasn’t fixed it… 5 months later! Stongly do not recommend!

my wife son and I lived here for 5 months and 2 days. While we were out for the day our sink overflowed ruining all our cooking appliances towels food our chair. Then the next day after maintenance left it happened again. Roaches they aren’t everywhere but they say if you see one there are thousands you don’t and I saw at least one a day. We moved out because the moldy smell from the water was causing me respiratory problems so we left early. They didn’t apologize return our security deposit or reimburse us for our losses.
