Bring your tools and pull off the part you need or want. There is a huge inventory of cars and you can search for specific models on their website. It costs a couple of bucks to get in to look around. I have found many pieces that I need for my car there and even hard to replace glass. The last time I went there was a special because the Broncos won where they had free admission and 10% off the parts. Great deal and the staff is really friendly too.

This u pull and pay is by far the worst I’ve been too. Good luck finding what you need since inventory sits around for several months even after it’s been completely stripped. Inventory is greatly reflected by the front desk staff. The usual lady at checkout pretty much takes a guess on the parts you have and charges you without discussing what’s been charged. She’s usually wrong as you probably have already guessed. Me and the multiple dealerships I work for and am acquainted with will be boycotting this u pull n pay. We will be taking our business to LKQ for now on.

You know, I tried to give this place every chance because it’s close to my house, but it’s just too poorly ran for it to be worth it. They charge you to pull your own part, then if you leave empty handed. too bad, no refunds! And where do they find these sullen, I-​hate-​life girls that run it? They have ZERO idea what a particular car part costs, and CERTAINLY haven’t been taught good customer service skills! And they were willing to write me off as a customer over a $ 3.25 core charge! Say good riddance!

yeah its a u pick pull and pay. Its only 2 dollars to get in and walk around looking for any parts you need. They also look up when your there a make and model and directions om how to get to that vehicle. Not bad for the price. I’ll go back again sure if I am looking for used parts at cheap prices
