This is one of the worst businesses I have ever been to. Employees and manager tried as hard as they could to screw my friend out of all of her stuff they knew she was having medical problems and was in the hospital they wouldn’t let me pay the bill because they knew she had a lot of expensive stuff in there and that she couldn’t pay it herself she ended up losing everything she owns because these people wouldn’t let me pay the bill for her.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Cheapest storage I could conveniently find. When I called to cancel our service, the man on the phone asked if the unit was empty and the lock removed, and said that that was all he needed. No muss no fuss. :) Exactly everything I was looking for in a storage unit.

Overall great experience. Very helpful staff. Reasonable rents. Well maintained, clean facility. Pushed unit insurance. Usually not necessary with proof of homeowners’ policy coverage.
