Vans honestly has a friendlier environment within the store with their staff, the products, the pricing and the cleanliness of the shop. I had better experiences with Vans here at the Town Center of Aurora, than the other competitors next to Vans, or across Vans. They have skater shoe brands, they recently added Hello Kitty in their brands and made a successful attribute. I bought more items here than their alternative, but successful competitors. I enjoy the Hello Kitty socks I purchased here; I’ve purchased the Hello Kitty shoes, the shoe laces, and even some t-shirts. Their staff never gives anyone any trouble or intimidates the shopping experience. It has always been welcoming and enjoyable. This is a great store if you’re looking for a fun time trying out shoes, getting to know the staff, the brands etc.

Skater dudes and dudettes rejoice, there’s bound to be a Vans Store near you. Mostly it’s about the decks and the fresh shoes, but I found a good light weight acrylic hat as well. Some of the shirts are a little«too cool» for me, I can’t wear that much plaid and still look thin. The new colors and styles are great — dig the two tones. I stayed with the blue/black but the purple was really calling my name. Maybe next time. The staff was on it quick and helpful — found my sizes in no time. They also seemed to be able to multi-task and had bilingual skills — I hope they get paid extra for that. The store is a bit over-stuffed, but that reassures me about the prices. Good deals on the half off rack and the regular prices are reasonable for what you get. Love Vans, been wearing them since I was a skater punk kid.
