They must be doing all right and don’t need more money, since they haven’t answered my 2 emails from their website.

Hate it, but the person answering the phone today for appts was just so rude to me I am not going to pursue an appt. Way to turn off an interested party.
I guess asking a lot of questions is not welcome in this practice. I live a good hour away and just wanted more info to be able to decide if this office was a practical choice for me. This woman was plain old rude and seemed annoyed that I would not just schedule a «free consultation». I get it, free is free, but knowing a ballpark price of an office visit is pretty standard. I’m happy to pay for it. And I have great insurance, am a great patient, and have the ability to refer a lot of people your way.
The attitude and flippant remarks «I don’t mess with that.» when asked if there was someone else to speak to, are amazing considering the cost of advertising and ability to see other FM doctors out there. I called you remember? I’m interested.
Sad that she is the gatekeeper to what seems to be innovative doctors. Hope they see this and rethink that position. We all know FIRST IMPRESSIONS are huge. I don’t have time for attitude from the appointment setter. Just makes me think she hates her job or the practice. Oh well.

I’ve been going to Gatcha Chiropractic since December 2008 and am a huge fan. The place has a really great atmosphere and everybody there (from the staff to the customers) is genuinely nice. My first visit was a free consultation where they asked me a lot of detailed questions about myself and my health. The consultation even included an X-​Ray (for no charge) and a free followup visit to discuss possible care plans. After the consultation, they walked me through several different care options and were happy to work with my budget and my health needs to figure out a payment plan that fits for me. I also loved that they didn’t try to pressure me into committing to a plan. The doctors are also really committed to helping people take better care of themselves. So they offer a variety of talks on health, fitness and nutrition. This office is about 30 minutes from my office and 60 minutes from my house and, even though I’m surrounded by chiropractors, there isn’t another office I’d rather be going to.
