The so called delivery policy is a joke. We live literally 1.4 miles away and we were told that Jimmy Johns has a strict 1 mile delivery policy. Seriously, 1 mile? Can you even call that delivery. Thank you for your freaky fast delivery advertising. This just made me fully believe that Firehouse is now the best chain sub shop because they had them beat due to convenience, but let’s be real, Firehouse has hands down the best sub.

If you’ve been to one Jimmy John’s, you’ve pretty much been to them all. This one’s no exception. Decently priced tasty fast sandwiches. Subway can’t compare. Immaculate place and friendly employees.

As Jimmy John’s continues to push for quick, quick, quick sandwich delivery, the quality is severely impacted. JJ’s use to be my go-​to, but with the limited toppings and focus trending to push you out the door, I’ve begun to go elsewhere. I received a Vito with meat and lettuce only; left off half the toppings. They didn’t seem thrilled to make another; all I really wanted was the toppings that came on it. I’m not a big complainer, maybe they just had a bad day or two.

This place was awesome. Customer service is what I typically critique… And this place deserves all 5 of the stars. Very polite, helpful, and speedy. They even offered to re-​wrap my sandwich since I couldn’t finish the whole thing to take home. Just very helpful– you don’t see that much these days. The food was delicious as always! I got a slim 4– and it was only $ 3.99 for an 8in… Awesome deal. Great place, brand new, check them out.
