Office staff rude, but beyond that Dr. Persaud is rude. The wait is consistently 1 to 2 hours or more. When you mention this or complain he is arrogant and says perhaps you should see another dr. if you don’t like it and this is healthcare in America. Sadly we have put up with this for 10 years because ultimately he is a good doctor and once you have surgery/​history with a dr you don’t want to start over, but enough is enough. There are good conscientious doctors out there who respect a patient and their time. Dr. Persaud is not one of those and I would not recommend his practice.
