It is my firm belief that the owners of this business and its employees are prejudice and/or racist. O’Charley’s is clearly out of touch with the community it serves. Instead of being a company that builds on relationships, it appears to be more of a company that destroys relationships. Most restaurants’ philosophies are people friendly and family orientated. At O’Charley’s that is not to be expected. Therefore, I will not encourage my friends and family to eat here if this is what to be expect. Maybe, that is their intent, to not serve our class of people. Maybe, their intent is to serve our class of people, food with friction and unsettling meals. HERE’S WHY: On October 23, 2015 I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend. The waiter who was serving us proceeded to arouse my boyfriend by insisting that he’d seen me in there before. After repeatedly stating that it was my first time visiting, the waiter continue to insist that I had been there previously. An disagreement persuade between my boyfriend and I. The waiters behavior was unusual, he kept approaching our table with his accusation. Since, I could not eat or enjoy my order I requested the manager’s attention. The manager said that he would grant myself and my boyfriend a meal on him if we were to return because of the waiters behavior. Around October 28, 2015 I contacted the manager to make good on his promise. The manager refused and issued several derogatory comments about the incident. Around November 04, 2015 I contacted O’Charley’s customer service and explained the entire occurrences. According to the customer service rep. I was to receive a call back from someone in corporate office. As of today, I have not heard back from anyone despite my several messages.

This place is basically a southern restaurant with some pasta and steak. When you walk in you see a small waiting room which, unusually, doesn’t have any seating space. We walked in and was seated fairly quickly. I haven’t been to a O’Charleys in a while and enjoyed their new decorations. When we got our menu I looked at my menu and find some squished food on my menu. Great. Our server was decent but it wasn’t like great. We got a sweet tea and a Spinach and artichoke dip. The sweet tea was decent but a little on the unsweet side. The artichoke dip was bland but the chips were a-ok. Next we ordered the New Orleans Cajun pasta and the French Dip O Charley’s style. The pasta was pretty good. The tomato in the cream sauce was kind of overpowering. The French dip was good. The meat was tender and the cheese had a good complimenting flavor. The Au Jus was good too but it also kind of overpowered the sandwich which was too be expected. It was really good but not as good as Houston’s. I ordered the chicken noodle soup which was decent. The broth was pretty thick but flavorful The check was $ 30ish which is a pretty good price for two entrees and the appetizer. Overall it would have been a four star experience if I didn’t get that dirty menu and if the appetizer was a bit more flavorful.

Always good service when you sit at the bar. Hot rolls and soup. Chicken pot pie is my favorite and then I had the pumpkin pie which honestly tastes like sweet potato pie to me but it’s still good. You will always catch me at this bar when I’m hungry

First time eating at O’Charley’s for brunch, but it was a good option. Wasn’t overly priced or really packed. I had Belgium waffle w/strawberries and side of eggs and sausage. Matt our server was very polite also. I have a 19 month old who was beginning to get very antsy and irritable and Matt showed alot of patience.

Another disappointing meal. To start with my waitress had one of those I hate my job therefore I hate you attitudes. My old came out quickly but it was cold. I asked the waitress to microwave it for me and she took it back to the kitchen and then returned with it a few minutes later. All they did in the kitchen was throw my food back in the fryer. I had already taken a bite of one of my chicken tenders which went into the fryer half eaten and was returned to me over cooked and dry like everything else on my plate. There is a chilis across the street and a longhorn too. Either would be better options than this suck hole.

Walked in and waited 20 minutes before we got any service. We had to flag down a waitress other than the one assigned to our table. Then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. I’m wondering whether or not we’ll ever receive our food. I’ve always had decent experiences here but I’m doubting we’ll come back after this one.

Not sure if we’ll come back here again after the fatty prime rib. The manager said«oh, you’re still getting 16 oz of prime rib».

We decided to go to O’Charley’s for our Easter dinner. We waited a little later in the evening to go to give the potential crowd a chance to die down. Great idea because our wait was about 5 minutes. Of course, due to the holiday, and the earlier crowd, the restaurant was in a little disarray, but for the majority, clean, and organized. Our server, Alana, was awesome and attentive. Our food was fantastic! I ordered the Cowboy Sirloin. Very peppery, yet tasty. My husband ordered the Balsamic Chicken which was melt in your mouth tender. My children ordered chicken tenders. My son was a little upset that he aged out of the kids menu(10 and under. He’s 11) but quickly got over it once he saw the portion size of his meal, and the fancy glass for his strawberry lemonade. It also helped that I brought my tablet for him to play on. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

I’m going to have to say no to O’Charleys from now on. My friend and I visited this location a couple weeks ago. She ordered a chicken salad and it was huge. I ordered the Wild West burger with french fries. My taste buds are so weird these days due to pregnancy, but I wasn’t crazy about the burger. It was cooked the way I requested(medium), but it was somewhat plain. There was no outstanding flavor. The fries were– well, fries. If you screw those up, you don’t belong anywhere in the kitchen. My friend’s salad might have been big but it was dull with not-so-fresh lettuce and she said it tasted plain. We told the waiter that it wasn’t that good and he offered to get another one remade for her. She said«no thanks». After glancing at everyone’s food, I determined that this location is either very mediocre or O’Charley’s does not make good food. Won’t be back. :/

Very impressed by the food. Rather small menu but Strawberry Belgian Waffle, California Omelet and the Chicken n Waffles breakfast worth trying.

Food was good, service was bad and the floor was dirty. The lady that sat us was rude and disrespectful. Because of where we sat we could not help but over hear her rude comments about other patrons. Our waiter was trying to be polite but his service was awful, awful and more awful. No refills unless u asked and at $ 2.50 a glass for sweet tea I want more than one glass. This location needs help with their staff.

I’ll admit I’m not a O’Charley’s fan. The food is eh and many of the selections I’m not into except the rolls and salad. I was the buzzkill when my family says hey let’s go to O’Charley’s and in Grumpy Cat style simply say no. At one time I liked their spaghetti and meatballs but that was taken out years ago. I was pretty much done, let me eat my rolls and order their chicken salad and let me be. I was convinced to go again after my mom brought back a steak to go from O’Charley’s. So when we went for dinner I went ahead and order the Louisiana Sirloin with a baked potato. The steak was pretty good with the Cajun seasoning and butter, bit spicy which I liked. We came in during happy hour and went ahead and ordered the red sangria which was tasty too. Keep in mind, I’m comparing the steak to other chain restaurants like it. Ok now, I have a little more options to order when I go there. Fingers cross they keep this selection.

We originally went to dine in and then decided right before we ordered that we would take it to go. Our server Matt was awesome! Great personality, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We had a very basic meals. I had steak and broccoli casserole and he had chicken fingers with loaded mashed potatoes(they may call it something different). Food was very good and we enjoyed the time we were there. Thanks Matt!

Oh boy, where do I start? Let me began by stating that this was the first & last time that I will ever patronize this restaurant. Ok, so I ordered a turkey burger with onions, lettuce, pickles, & cheese. After about 20 minutes or maybe longer, my waiter Brandon apologized for the long wait & stated that my ordered got pushed back due to a large party however, he spoke with the manager & that my food would be out shortly. Mind you, it’s 6:00pm & I’m famished because this was my first meal today. I waited patiently and responded«not a problem». My food finally comes out; total wait time was about 45 minutes. Damn, I see that my turkey burger has bacon on it so I stated to my waiter that its the wrong burger. Mind you, I eat nothing that comes from a pig or cow. Waiter Brandon apologizes & states that he will talk to the manager & have him take the burger off my bill for the inconvenience. Well, the manager comes over & says: I hear there was an issue with your order. I replied yes. He then says: can I buy you a slice of pie, I replied: no thank you. Brandon then brings me the bill which reflected the price of the entire burger. I was even charged extra for the cheese. Waiter Brandon stated: the manager told me that he spoke to you & that everything was ok. I gave Brandon the: Are you serious look. He then apologizes again & stated that he was so sorry that the manager did not take off the burger or at least discount it for my inconvenience. I just looked at him & smiled because I could not wait to give my review of this place on Unilocal. If possible, I would not give this place not even 1 star. Oh yeah, after only eating less than half the burger, I left the rest there because of a terrible stomach ache. The manager at O’Charley’s should be ashamed of himself!

Drew and I ordered one thing… apple pie. And, it was the worst apple pie… EVER. The whipped cream was good and so were the rolls. But the pie, YUK!!! The crust was gummy and it smelled«off». Supposedly, the pies are made fresh in the restaurant every day. Maybe they missed a day or two.

As others have said, it’s a chain but it is one of the better ones. They have a good variety of apps and entrees-something for everyone. A great place to take a large party of people with varying tastes. My waiter last night was excellent.(After other experiences I had Friday night and Saturday morning, I was merely hoping for okay but he was outstanding). He is very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being obnoxious about it.(Plus he has mastered the art of asking if everything is okay when you don’t have a mouthful of food. Seems like most waitstaff don’t have that skill). Having a great wait person can make a good restaurant experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place. I never thought about eating at O’Charley’s until today. The name threw me off. I order the Steak & Salmon meal which included two sides of your choice. Very fast services, Our waiter he was so very knowledgeable, young and always was on point. He made my boyfriend and I stay wonderful. He recommend great drinks for us, and also food. All his choices was the bomb. The only thing that was a damper on us but didn’t allow it to mess our day up. Some young server lady kept delivering us the wrong plates lol. Let Randy do his job girl! It was somewhat crowdy but died down after our meal came. It was time for them close I believe. Would I go back yes? Oh how I love their rolls with the sweet honey butter. I wish they could give you more. Their rolls come close to golden corrals but nothing beats golden corrals.
