Sprint Representatives here are either not knowledgeable of Sprint policies and plans or rude. I asked about getting a cheap phone replacement and wait til my contract renewal agreement… employee acted as if he forgot that existed… How long have you been working here? Second visit, was poorly assisted by a rude short lady. Called me up and was asking me what I needed. Later brushed me off saying I had to call to get phone replacement. If I have to do all the work well then sprint might as well pay me… Then asked her if she could remove something from my plan… brushed me off once more. This time saying she had to assist the other men who were in the store before me just walking around looking at phones. Rule of thumb if they were first then CALL them first. She told me I can call sprint… lady I am already here. I asked how long would it take just to remove something as simple as International Calling from my account. Thirty minutes is what she said I had to wait. Time is valuable and to be treated like that… Unilocal says it best, «Eek! Methinks not.» I will start looking at other alternative companies. Advice to public: BEINFORMEDOFYOURPLAN i. e cellphone coverage. and when in doubt ASK and wait to make a decision.

FYI — their phone number is actually(678) 275‑2024 After I left the Verizon store — I decided to head on over to the Sprint store — since they’re less than a mile apart. There were 2 people working and they were both friendly — though they didn’t seem to know a whole lot about the Android devices. The were both Apple-heads — so that didn’t really surprise me. But at least they didn’t give me the side-eye when I spent a while looking at Blackberries. I was surprised to discover Sprint’s prices weren’t any lower than Verizon’s. Unlimited talk and text for one smart phone is $ 50 per month. And you can add an UNLIMITEDDATA plan for $ 30 — which would bring your total to $ 80 per month. That’s a really good deal if the coverage is good.(Now I just need to poll some folks to find out if they’re satisfied with Sprint’s coverage. Lol.) If you don’t use a lot of data per month — you can opt for a 1GB data plan for $ 20 — which translates to $ 70 per month.($ 10 extra bucks for unlimited seems like a no-brainer!) And finally — they have a $ 110 plan that gives you unlimited talk, text AND data — AND5GB hotspot.
