Star Enterprise

I have been using Star Enterprise for years because Ace is honest, reasonable in price and always does his best to help you get the most out of your equipment. Ace worked with me for the past 10 years servicing my air conditioner which just bit the dust at 22 years old! During this heat wave when I’m sure no one can even get a technician to come out, Ace was quick to answer my call and very quick to get my a new unit installed. His price and service was amazing. I will continue to use him for all my heating and air needs and highly recommend him for his honesty. I’d leave him in my home for a day without a second thought because I know he is very trustworthy and will do an amazing job every time. Thanks you Star Enterprise for getting us out of the heat!

Ace and his technician are awesome! My air conditioning unit quit, when it was near 90 degrees outside! In no time it was 85 downstairs in my home, and 89 upstairs! I called a few places and everyone told me they couldn’t come out to look at it for 2 or 3 days! I could barely live with the heat another two hours, defiantly not another two days! I called Ace after reading a few reviews on Unilocal,and he was nice and friendly on the phone. He told me to text him my address and he would be out on his way home, in about an hour and a half! Yay! He even gave me a tip to turn off the breaker to my unit right away, to prevent it from burning up the motor. When Ace and his tech got there (right on time!), they wasted no time looking at my unit and asking questions to diagnose the problem. They found out it was a problem with the compressor and that I wasn’t using my «zone thermostats» correctly (I’m a stupid Alaska girl in the South!) And fixed me up in less than an hour. They charged me what I felt was more than a fair price for the work done, and my house had already started cooling down before they were even out of the driveway. All and all — FAST, friendly, knowledgeable service at a fair price! What more can you ask for?! :) Hopefully I have no future problems with my heating and cooling systems, but if I ever do, I know just who I’ll be calling!
P. S. — Also… they gave me fun «swag» with thier logo on it! What can I say; I’m easily «bought»! Haha!

Ace was wonderful… very quick to respond and helped us get our A/​C back up and running. He was friendly, helpful, on-​time, informative and easy to talk with. We highly recommend Star Enterprise!

Ace came out to assess an issue I was having with my ac unit, I was getting air, but not cold air. Turns out the breaker outside the unit had been switched. Once we got that flipped the air was coming out cool. I also had him take a look at an unfinished part of my basement that I wanted to have air ran to. Great experience, very professional and informative. Great price.
