Avoid Steinhaus at all costs, if you value your teeth. He is interested in money only. He uses old outdated equipment, and his office is filthy. He stacks 10 to 15 patients in his waiting room, then rushes from room to room, doing fast shoddy work on your teeth. He allows untrained non professional dental assistants to do procedures, such as setting crowns doing fillings. Of course, he does this in order to maximize the number of patients in his office at any given time, which in turn, equals cash flow. He refuses to answer basic questions, instead rushing on to the next patient. One of his untrained assistants broke one of my perfectly good crowns, and Steinhaus blamed it on me! Unbelievable. His office manager is rude and arrogant, demanding immediate payment for any money she thinks insurance will not cover, and often, she will demand too much money, which results in an overpayment to the doctor, once insurance payments are made to the doctor. Then, you must argue with her, in order to get a refund. This practice is all about money and nothing else. Don’t go here, if you value your teeth.
