Texaco Express Lube & Car Wash

After using the service for a few oil changes, the oil light started coming on. During the oil change on Monday, I stood by the door to watch the techs from the lobby. After realizing I was in viewing distance, the tech appeared surprised. They finished up and sent me on my way (fastest service time ever). After arriving home (2miles), I pulled the dip stick and noticed the oil was used (black in color). The next day, at the Dunwoody location (close to work), I stood outside and noticed the black oil coming from the filter they pulled off. The DM, Luke was there and tried to tell me the filter was new and the oil was dirty b/​c I chose not to pay for their engine flush yesterday (not necessary with regular oil changes). After paying a 2^nd time and extensive driving (30 plus miles getting home), I pulled the dipstick and the oil was clear and golden. I concluded that this location (Ronnie & Leroy) didn’t change the oil the 1^st time. After speaking to Luke a 2^nd time on the phone, I am waiting for a call about refunding the 1^st charge. BTW, the oil light is still flashing and I hope there isn’t extensive damage due to not receiving oil changes regularly. IDK how many times this happened.
