My father-​in-​law lives in Venezuela and runs a company with dozens of Caterpillar trucks. Due to the poor state of the Venezuelan economy, he couldn’t find a critical engine sensor for one of his trucks. Having no experience or knowledge about these engines at all, I picked up the phone and called Yancey. Rick Foreman of Yancey trucks went out of his way to help me find this difficult to find part, navigating the language barrier and technical barrier with patience and kindness. He displayed a tremendous knowledge of Caterpillar engines that helped us find the serial number he needed to get the correct part to my father-​in-​law.
