I purchased a duplex this spring and needed 2 ac units. I had time to shop around, and I got several estimates. Daryls estimate at 360 air was thousands cheaper. Daryl didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or want. He gave me a free quote on 2 rudd units. I even took the time to Google the model numbers. Therefore I knew exactly how much I was spending on the units. And how much on labor.
Daryl and his crew installed both units, heat pumps, thermostats, and added ductwork, all in one day. They were very professional.
I had a couple of small issues that needed attention and both times 360 air responded immediately.
I highly recommend 360 air. Buy it from them and have them install it. You won’t be disappointed

Unprofessional in all ways, will even hang your call. There is no free second opinion, what this means is that he doesn’t give you a solution to your problem, he just asks how much was the first estimate so he can give you a better «deal».

I bought two systems from Daryl and he has been great!!! I like to do pretty much everything myself when it comes to building my place. Daryl was able to tailor the installation fee for me because I was able to do a lot of the install myself. He was willing to work with me and match me up with the best system for the money while offering expert advise when I had questions. Thanks again Daryl!!!

I called them to get a price on replacing my two thermostats with those new wi-​fi thermostats. (I already have new thermostats) There is nothing special about the new ones in terms of hooking them up. Wires are labeled etc so it is essentially just removing two thermostats and reconnecting the new ones. I could probably do it myself. Their price to replace each thermostat is $ 240 each… but they were «kind» enough to extend to me a «discounted rate» of $ 280 to install both. A quote like that is just insulting. They would be in and out in an hour. I will never call them again.

I called this company after getting an estimate from my long time service provider which I felt was outrageous. I spoke with Jaime, and he was helpful, quoting me a fair price for the repairs (almost half of my usual provider). The repair was completed the same day as my first call — prompt and professional service. The technician even called an hour before the appointment offering to come early, which I was able to accommodate.
Fair price, great service, great attitude. Work was performed promptly and without any issues. Will definitely do business again.
