7-Eleven

Completely satisfied with my gas and ice purchase. The store and women’s bathroom was clean. The staff was kind and friendly. They appear to have a well stocked 7 – 11.

This store has turned into a hot mess since its been franchised. You can tell that the owner doesn’t care about the customers or his employees. He’s bringing in products from Costco, Sams, and Dollar tree! He was so horrible to this homeless guy in the store. The man just wanted to use the restroom and buy some food, and he told him to not come back on the property. That store will not get my business anymore.

I returned to this location this evening at approximately 0100 hours, thinking that perhaps I’d been unfair in my initial assessment. No, I was spot on. The cashier was whining about how her relief had failed to show. She griped the entire time she waited on me, was belligerent and passive-​aggressive in her customer service, and in general acted as if I was interrupting her busy schedule.
Avoid this business. Unless you need petrol, there is a 24 hour Walgreen Drug Store nearby (corner of Duval and 183) who will treat your custom with honor and appreciate your business in a way this place will never understand.

Really this should be zero stars… This is by far one of the worst 7elevens that I only frequent because it’s right next to where I live. For the most part there is no sense of urgency in any of the staff so if you’re looking for a quick stop this is not the place. Besides a few employees, most of the staff or anything but welcoming or friendly. This is clearly somewhere you go when you want to see people that are absolutely miserable and hates their life and hates their job. One of the absolute worst there is a lady named Char. She would rather worry about talking back to you or smoking her cigarette or conversing with other staff than helping the next customer in line. She has no customer service skills nor does she have any grasp on professionalism. But yet she will be the first to let you know she is a manager… yikes!

We went in to find a quick thank you card and didn’t find too many choices there, most of them were «happy birthday» and «thinking of you», not exactly what we needed but it’s ok.
There were so many hotdogs being heated when I steeped in around 3pm today, donut seems fresh, and here were a couple tea selections besides coffee. Great place to get your drinks and little something in the afternoon.
