Service is 50⁄50 at best, but they’re always having computer problems (among other things).
Case in point… they’re accepting «Cash Only» today. Really?!? I could understand & forgive that if they were a Mom & Pop shop, but this is a highly profitable and longstanding brand. There’s no excuse for this type of failure at this level of business.
