I took advantage of the filler special in December. During the consultation, I told them I wanted to do Juvederm in the folds and asked about my vertical lip lines. I suggested the micropen but it was recommended that I should have Restylane Silk instead. Kim, the injector, without my consideration, created two vertical columns by the cupids bow. At the end of the treatment, she felt I didn’t need ice to reduce the bruising. I did have severe bruising and swelling that lasted for more than a week. I was horrified by the results that left my lips lumpy and enlarged. When I returned during a lunch hour, and after a long wait, Kim injected my lips with Hyaluronidase to dissolve the lump. Not wanting to be bruised further, I scheduled the columns to be dissolved a week later. The reversal injection is extremely painful but it did take away the columns and lessened the protrusion of my upper lip. I did not want her to re inject the lip lines that were not improved, I decided to return for a micro needle treatment. Although there is a slight improvement, I will have to wait months for the undesirable effects to be gone.
Whether or not I received the product that I had paid for or the lack of skill, it was not a good experience.
I have since learned that Kim is not licensed to administer injections. She is a fraud. STAY AWAY for your face’s sake.

I had a Micropen done with Christina Damato. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. I’m looking forward to going back.

I found this medspa through a community newsletter for the neighborhood I live in. I came in and was immediately greeted by two very sweet, kind ladies behind the desk. I tried some products, looking for a new facial cream to get rid of under eye dark circles and was helped, not uncomfortably pushed into, purchasing what turned out to be a wonderful product. I also had a hydra facial and it was amazing. Love this place, love the ladies who work here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reputable, just plain awesome medspa.

The new location is beautiful! My treatment from Kim was both professional and relaxed. The front desk staff is such a delight and although they were very busy, they make you feel as if you are the only one in the room! That’s why I’ve been their client for a very long time.

Christina is an amazing esthetician. My face had become very dry and after seeing Christina it’s now super soft. The chemical peels she recommended worked great. Can’t wait to see her again.

Jennifer at aesthetica is awesome! She really takes her time to talk you through what she is doing, explaining each product and the benefits of what she is using. She makes you feel super comfortable and you can trust her to just do her thing.
Jennifer introduced me to some amazing products that I will live by, I absolutely love them and have seen an improvement in my skin. She is also helping me to plan my bridal beauty skin care regimen so that I have beautiful glowing skin for the big day!
Definitely book with Jennifer, she is just a light of positive energy that will have you leaving the office looking fresh faced and feeling good.

The staff here are knowledgable and do a good job of explaining the procedure and post care routine, as well as potential side effects. The office is clean and professional looking with a predominantly white and modern décor. The only negative I will point out is that the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave a gratuity, which I felt obligated to do since she asked. I have been to numerous medical spas and also researched on the Internet – It is not customary to leave a tip in a medical spa setting. I thought it was a little tacky to be asked that question.

I recently went to Aesthetica Med Spa and am SO happy I did. The office is super clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I have always struggled with large pores and acne so I decided to try a Hydrafacial. I can’t believe how amazing my skin looks. My pores are noticeably smaller and my skin looks radiant. My entire experience was great and I will definitely be back soon to try out some of their other services!

I’ve been going here for 7 years. Dr. Sneed and his wife run a top notch, very professional yet a most welcoming Medspa aka «fixer-​upper.» What a relief to have someone welcome you rather than sitting in a lobby of frozen faces. There are always monthly specials and if what you want isn’t this month. it probably will be next month. The «piece de resistance» for me is having two of the highly trained, gorgeous and friendly as heck girls that work there, talk me in to not doing something. saving me money and showing me why I didn’t need to do something now bc in 6 weeks I plan on doing a thread lift that will take care of those things. That’s becoming so rare.

Be careful! Ask to see the nurse injector or Dr, actually fill the syringe with Botox– beware of pre filled syringes, it is done this way to keep the patient from knowing what is actually in the syringe– usually not Botox. if you are not paying 12 and up a unit you are not getting Botox (the pharm co. just raised their prices so you have to pay more too, Wonder why all the
sudden you are back getting more botox or it didn’t take? It’s not Botox

Back to Aesthetica Med Spa in their Westlake location which is lovely. And has giant chairs that made me feel like a tiny doll (ha!); I love them. Kristin does such a good job with providing a consultation that isn’t pushy but informative and then here comes the Botox without any painful pinch — she’s good. Good specials and caring service — and now even closer to home. They could only be better if I could go backward in aging and be 29 again for the 3^rd time. Thanks, Kristin — you’re wonderful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They tried to remove
a tattoo on my back with a laser and left me seriously disfigured. Not only did I have to lay in their office for several minutes after crying due to the excruciating pain, but drove all the way home crying as well.
I was left with about a 12 inch by 12 inch gaping open wound for 2 weeks until it finally scabbed up. Applying silvadine cream helped a little. The scarring was horrific, it took years of cortisone shots to flatten out the very large keloid scars.
Needless to say, never trust someone uneducated with machines and lasers on your body. Their location says it all! Go to Westlake Dermatology or some other well know doctor!

I drive across town to get my Botox done here. Kristin has been doing my Botox for about a year and I actually followed her from a different MedSpa. She is so awesome! Very professional and knowledgable!
Ashley is also super awesome. Seems like this place has a great staff!

I had the Vampire facelift and a dermal filler, my face looks amazing. Dr. Sneed put the fillers exactly where I needed them. I had fillers in the past, but never seen results like this before. The staff was awesome too, had a misunderstanding about the time but they made the effort to still get me in. I was told I would see results in 2 or 3 months, but after one week my skin looks younger and fuller.

I love Aesthetica MedSpa! I am getting laser hair removal here and have had a couple of microderm facials. I also just started getting my lashes tented. I have been getting great result with the laser, I am about half way done with the treatments and it feels like getting popped by a rubber band but it’s tolerable. My legs look like a plucked chicken when I walk out of there but it fades quickly. I have done about 5 treatments with the laser and already don’t have to shave as ofter and the hair is very patchy! I have also seen a major difference in the size of my pores. In the past when I would shave it would still look like I had some hair but now it looks so much smoother and even toned.
The facials are Awesome! My face is always really smooth and it’s nice and relaxing. The atmosphere here is just so calming and everyone is super nice and knows what they are doing.
I see Ashley, she is easy to talk to, super sweet and will answer any questions I have. She is so good at what she does and truly has a passion for it. I myself am in the beauty industry and I can be picky when it comes to my beauty treatments but I have NEVER been disappointed with aesthetica! Customer service is also very important to me and these ladies are number one at it!

Easy as pie!!! I have been meaning to call Aesthetica med spa for several weeks. I made the call today at 345 and was in by 445. I walked into a very friendly staff, who were very welcoming even though my appt was 15 mins before close. Katie, who did my Botox, was very professional and sweet and didn’t try to upsale me on a bunch of services (I’m sure I could use). She was very quick and efficient, and answered all of my questions. The place was very clean and pretty, not doctor ish. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I have been coming here for years and find the staff responsive and professional. On the very rare occasion I have had a concern it was received, and quickly remedied. I find the prices inline with other high quality establishments in Austin. My mom also in now a client and she has had the same high level of service.

Dr. David Sneed is the best and he only hires people who are the best. I feel like I am in the best hands when I am here. And they have specials, which really help. Ashley is the person who administers my treatments and I have not experienced any pain at all with either she or Dr. Sneed.
Their efficiency and competence and professionalism is the best in Austin. They know what they are doing. They are always helpful and don’t try to sell product that you can’t afford. I wish I could buy more products! The Office Manager is excellent and the place is run with such grace.
And these are friendly people, not snooty like some of these places can be.
I don’t plan to ever go any place else. My facial with Casey was so much fun, I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. Such a wonderful place and centrally located.
Really feel like there is hope for my aging skin after meeting these hard working people.
The women here are so much fun. Everytime I get anything done, I end up laughing and having a blast.
The Erbium Laser treatment changed my skin considerably. An acne scar was even greatly reduced. Highly reccomend this treatment.

I have rosacea, and not the cute-oh-look-at-me-I’m-Irish type but the full on boil-​on-​my-​face variety. The fine folks at Aesthetica MedSpa have what I need to make it appear that I don’t have rosacea at all!
Dr. Patrick Bitters, out of Southern California, is the originator of the treatment which is where Dr. David Sneed and his wife, Sharon learned the process.
Everyone at Aesthetica is super NICE! I look forward to every visit, although the photofacial process is a little painful, I have to admit.
I’ve experienced a reduction of flare-​ups from the rosacea. While knowing I have to continue the process, the folks at Aesthetica MedSpa take great care of me!

Casey Switch is the best. She is really great with the laser for hair removal and I have never had an issues after this service with her. I will have to try a chemical peel soon.
