I just tried acupressure for the very first time, and it was honestly one of the most restful and relaxing experiences I’ve ever had — even more relaxing than a massage or a facial, which I’ve also had. There’s a healing element behind acupressure that’s hard to put in words, but the results are very real. For those of you new to acupressure, it’s kind of like a light massage leveraging the body’s various acupuncture points *without* using any needles. There are times when you can actually feel vibrations in certain points, and it’s very soothing — So soothing in fact that I fell in and out of sleep not once, but twice, within the 60-minute acupressure session. It was a beautiful experience, and one that I can’t wait to try again. I have no doubt in my heart that Kay(the owner/acupressurist) has been called to heal others through her Qi Gong energy bodywork practice. She loves her craft and all the related areas so much. and you can tell from the moment you meet her. I like that Kay gives you her time and attention. I never once felt rushed during any point of my session. I was also impressed that she makes her own serums. We tried her«relaxation serum» and we like that she makes her own herbal formulations without unnecessary additives/chemicals. Last, but not least, Kay has really good energy herself, and you can almost feel it the moment you step foot in her office. I highly recommend Kay and Aiki Healing for anyone looking to try acupressure or searching for profound emotional/physical healing.

I visited Aiki healing for an acupressure face lift and energy session. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the session but was excited to try something new to release stress. The acupressure was different — the subtle vibrations felt cool and I was exceptionally calm during and after. My only complaint was that the mint-y oil applied to my arms and legs left me feeling really cold. and it was particularly hot that day. All in all a great experience.

I love Kay! Her intution and herb combinations are SPOT on. I have been to other practioners and while I enjoy traditional acupucture, her herbs, exercise/qi gong and acupuncture is 100% worth the money. I am seeing her for fertility and she has lengthend my cycles and I am planning a IVF, my only error was leaving her care for awhile, but she has me back on track.
