The store lacks general information thats needs to be informed to the consumer. My father purchased one of there washers In August and it broke in 4 months after. They have no proper warrenty plans for there customers. They are in the business of finding old obsolete washers so they can partially maintenance them. Then sell/rent them to low income homes/companies.

Do NOTEVEREVEREVER buy ANYTHING from these guys. They will sell something that might work for 2 or 3 months. When it stops working and you try to take advantage of the fake«warranty» they will take DAYS to come and lie about when. You will take 3 or 4 days off work to wait and they will never show. They will PROMISE to send someone first thing in the morning and you will wait. You will not take a shower or leave the house to go anywhere in case they come. You will be VERYHUNGRY and your boss will be angry but that’s just too bad. Because if you leave and miss them you will have to wait another week to MAYBE have them show. I bought a $ 500 fridge in April of 2013. In 9 months they’ve had to fix it 3 times. Each time it cost around $ 100(they say there is a warranty but they still charge $ 65 for the service call and more for parts). On Tuesday it went out again. I lost $ 250 of meat, cheese, milk, fish, condiments, juice, ice cream… everything I’d bought for the week. I spent hours cleaning up the mess. I called them over and over again — 15 times in 3 days. Finally they PROMISED to come first thing Saturday. It’s afternoon on Saturday and they are not here and are not answering the phone, I have no fridge, and no money to buy another fridge. And I’m afraid to leave the house in case they do actually decide to come because at least it might be only $ 65 instead of a new fridge. Soooooo $ 500 for the fridge. Approximately $ 300 for repeated«repairs». Approximately $ 500 in lost food. Uncountable number of hours of frustration.

We bought a fridge from them and about a week later it suddenly became super loud and then freezer died. They kindly took it back and told us they’d repair it for free since it was still under their warranty. They gave us a temporary replacement that was absolutely hideous, but whatever, we didn’t expect to have it for very long. Several weeks later we still hadn’t heard anything. They said they needed to order a part and that they had, but it was coming from Germany. Then they said they had the part, just needed to put it in. Then they backtracked and said they hadn’t ordered the part yet, but they would that day. After about a month of the ugly temp fridge we had an event at our house and requested a new temp. They kindly obliged. Then they offered to let us keep that new temp fridge(which wasn’t hideous, but not nearly as nice as the fridge we originally purchased). It felt like a bait and switch so we declined and requested our original fridge. The day it was supposed to be delivered and after they had already said they were on the road they called and said the fridge was making a noise and they’d like to keep it for a day or two longer to see what the issue was. We again, grudgingly obliged. Got the new fridge and it worked great… for about 2 months. The original problem(loud noises, freezer dying, and now the fridge dying) has resurfaced. We had to stay on top of them every step of the process to make sure anything got done. The same issue has come up again and I hardly have the patience to deal with them again. The delivery guys were really nice at least.

We bought a refrigerator that ended up leaking horribly and we called and scheduled someone to come out and fix and they never showed up. This happened four times. Horrible business.

I wish I had found Aleman Appliance sooner! After my old fridge went out, I bought a cheap one off craigslist — uh-oh. It busted within 2 weeks and I was left with not one, but two unworking fridges in my house and a lot of spoiled food. I couldn’t afford to purchase a new one, but felt hesitant about casting my dice into craigslist again. A friend recommended Aleman Appliance to me, and since I live 3 blocks away, I went over right away. The guy at the front gave me a sly smile when I told him I wanted a cheap, top-freezer fridge — but he led me right to my options, haggled with me successfully, and sealed the deal. This is a really great place for feeling like you’re getting a deal — the salesman had a kind, honest vibe about him, but the place is just a huge warehouse with NOTHING fancy goin on, so you definitely get a little of that buying-speakers-out-of-the-back-of-a-dude’s-truck excitement without actually, you know, buying stolen speakers. They take all sorts of credit cards, and sent two nice young men over to deliver my fridge the same day — for free! They also took my TWO broken fridges away for free at the same time, awesome. They offer a 90-day parts & labor guarantee, and a one-year free labor guarantee, so you can feel a little safer about buying a used appliance. I’ll definitely be back there when it comes time to replace my washer and dryer! Thanks guys!
