This firm «drafted» our HOA (home owner association) incorporation documents. They did such a bad job that resulted in my condo loosing a lot of value and another neighbor almost forced into foreclosure. In our case, the document of incorporation they produced heavily favored the builder/​developer that made a lot of money while us, the little guy, was left with a nightmare association. We had to correct the problem, but with an expensive legal battle that can ruin anyone.
All I can say, if you buy into an condo association, watch for any document drafted by these guys and run.

Kelley Dwyer is awesome! She helped me and my partner draw up a will, power of attorney documents, and medical power of attorney docs.
She was friendly and nice, gave us tips on navigating the legal world, and answered all of our questions. She even answered questions we had months after we completed all our paperwork!
This firm is located in an airy office in East Austin. They are a good choice if you’re in a same-​sex relationship and want to make sure all your legal bases are covered since Texas is a backwards state that doesn’t allow gay marriage.
Highly recommended firm!
