I would have to say that the locator was very good at returning phone calls & taking the time to get to know you to ensure she has as complete understanding of what you really need.
As someone who wasn’t able to spend much time on the phone as I work during the day, the locator wasn’t very responsive to emails, which made it a bit more difficult to communicate.
During our actual appointment, the locator was late. She also seemed a bit disorganized & I did not feel very safe riding in her car as the locator would answer phone calls while driving.
I know the company meant well, but I don’t think this locator was just not the right one for me.
