All Faiths Funeral Services

Attended a service at their north facility and was very disappointed in the lack of preparation I witnessed. The staff was nice but forgot several important parts of the service. An apology was given at the burial site, but with funerals you only get one shot at making things right. I would not suggest this business to anyone who is looking for a professional funeral service provider.

Over the past 15 years I have had now four experiences with All Faiths. using both the north and south locations. Each time the service was professional, compassionate, with no pressure, no «sales» pitch. My most recent was only a few weeks ago when we lost my mother-​in law suddenly. I had the fortunate experience of then working with Mallory, at the north location she was so kind and patient I gave her the budget and she took care of everything. allowing us to concentrate only on how best to honor my mother-​in law. I never once felt like it was about the money being spent, the only concerned was «was everything happening the way we wanted». Between Mallory, Gilbert and Ramon they all were so generous with their time, taking our hands and walking us through a beautiful service that was exactly what we wanted. There were no surprises, everything happened exactly as we were told it would, in the time frame they said. We were greeted each time with such warmth, concern and a non-​intrusive compassion that made us all feel at ease during the worst of times.
I cannot say enough good things about the services over the last 15 years I and my family have received, I have absolutely no reservations in stating if you need compassionate, professional no pressure services in your time of greatest need, these are your people.

All Faiths did a beautiful job with preparing my father for his service tomorrow. With the condition he was in before he passed away, honestly I did not know what to expect to see. Now after seeing him, I feel comfort in knowing that we placed him in the best care. He looked natural and handsome as ever. I’ve never had to use any funeral service at all in my life, but when I had to use one this past week it was very important to me because someone extremely close to me passed away. The thing that allowed me to rate All Faiths the way I did is because how they handled the situation. Gilbert was extremely professional and apologetic for my loss for my family and I. He worked diligently to make sure everything that I would like when it came to funeral services was done exactly how I would want it. Gilbert was also not at all wanting money. He worked out a really good package for my mother and even added in a couple of extra services on behalf of All Faith, which was very appreciative on our be half. I also really liked the fact that Trey (my apologies for the possible misspelling) and the rest of the staff’s main concern was «is everything to your liking?» I know there was one time when something started to take place and I wasn’t sure why. I asked one of the staff members and immediately he dropped everything to fix it and make sure it didn’t happen again. Also lastly, they just wanted to make sure I was in good spirits. When every they thought it was appropriate they would try to make a joke just so I could smile a bit, which was also kind. I definitely appreciate all that All Faiths have done for my family.
This part of life is something that we all have to go through, whether we like it or not. I don’t like it, but if I have to, I will reach out to All Faiths again.

There is not much happiness you can say about why you are here, but as a Unilocaler you review it all.
Most recently I attended a friends funeral here and would like to provide additional basic information.
My review is NOT based on obtaining services here, but merely as a visitor at a sad time.
The pews located in the main area hold approximately 90 to 100 people; this factors in 7 – 8 average sized persons per pew and there are about 12 full length pews and a few half length pews. If you have obese or disabled persons, factor that in accordingly.
The lighting, music, large television, and space at the front of the service room were very accommodating.
For our friends service we were able to compile a slide show of images on a laptop and have the images displayed on the 50″ television up front while playing music through it. This was a good feature for the room as it allowed everyone to reflect on a precious life of memories before proper services began.
Our attendance was well over 100+ so there were seating issues of course, but that is a good thing for a friend. Most of the over flow persons stayed in the foyer area. There was no sound or visual display from the main area, but our group understood that, listened well, and accommodated accordingly.
We coordinated the viewing after the service so that everyone would have the option to view the body, so plan accordingly for this if you expect a large gathering.
Outside there is very limited parking on the pavement area, but the field next to the location was expansive, smooth, and enabled the smallest of cars to park with «bottoming» out as the drove in the grass.
All in all, it is an older building that is not used to seeing such large groups or having the ability to get a paved parking spot for EVERY car each person drives (seems no one car pools anymore) so with these items plan accordingly.
I saw nothing but condolences and bereavement support from the staff in a tough time for a family. They were classy and did the best with what they had to work with in the space they have.
Should you need their services, plan ahead and plan appropriately for your group.

I don’t recommend this place for your funeral or memorial needs. I attended a celebration of life service for a friend who had passed away and was disappointed by the lack of preparedness shown by the staff. First, there was an overflow crowd so folks were standing in the foyer. The service was amplified with a microphone in the main room, but was not broadcasted over the speakers in the foyer. Everyone in the foyer, including me, could not hear what was being said. Apparently, the speakers in the foyer were just for music. I couldn’t believe that the sound system was unable to handle an overflow crowd. Secondly, after the service started, the staff started hauling chairs into the foyer for folks to sit. The hauling of chairs was very loud and disruptive to the service. When I arrived 20+ minutes before the service, there was already an overflow crowd so the staff could have very easily setup chairs before the service began. If you are looking for a business to handle any memorial service, I recommend you look elsewhere. Very unprofessional at All Faiths Funeral Services.
