All Star Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve used All Star for years and I don’t think it’s ever taken them more than a couple of hours to get to us. Very honest — they’ve always charged us only for what we needed, even when I wouldn’t have known better. Can’t say enough good about these guys.

It’s July 4^th. It’s hot. My A/​C stopped cooling. It’s July 4^th. Who’s working on the holiday?
A friend recommend I call All Star. She’s a realtor and has had good experience with them. I assumed I’d need to call a bunch of places before finding anyone to come out at short notice on a holiday… But Eric called me back within an hour — and was at my house 15 minutes later.
Eric got the unit cooling again, and was very honest in not knowing the exact cause. He could have tried to sell me a product that might have helped — but he said he honestly didn’t know if that would fix the problem. He was very helpful, giving me advice, showing me what to look for on the outside condenser, etc. Since my unit is 18 years old, he said it might be time to start thinking about a new one. But there was no pressure to buy one — no hard selling tactics. I VERY much appreciated that.
Considering this company’s responsiveness, helpfulness, and honesty — when it comes time to buy a new unit, you can bet All Star will be the company I call.
