I’m a little late on this review because I wanted to see if the laser treatment I got would really stick. It did!
I went in for a quick set of zaps to erase some spots on my side that have been bugging me for years. Amy and Kevin are a delight to be around, at once totally professional with just the right dash of punk rock charm.
As a guy (not a lady) who rarely gets any sort of skin treatment, I was completely comfortable with them and they didn’t make me feel either dumb or overly vain. Best of all, they didn’t try to push any magic creams or soaps or anything on me. Just in, zap zap zap, out.
In the words of another aging cyborg who occasionally gets professional help to maintain his meat suit, «I’ll be back.»

Great deep tissue massage by Kevin. Would highly recommened him. I haven’t used the other services but a friend has said only good things about them.

My first visit over a year ago was to get burns and uneven lasering by Tender Laser fixed by Alla Moda. They did! I’ve been back ever since. I’ve never burned and always get perfect skin. Do what they tell you to do. If it will take 1 — 4 treatments, believe them. They will do your lasering the safest way possible. You can’t stop at your first one, because that will be the test pass. By your second visit they will have on file how your skin responses. Every visit you do will improve your skin and their records will be dialed in for your best results.

I received a Groupon gift to use at Alla Moda. After reading the reviews, I was excited to book my appt and experience their great work.
Unfortunately I have called everyday for the past one week-​sometimes twice a day-​and the phone has not been answered a single time.
I am aware they offer an online booking system, but I have some questions before I book an appointment and think it completely inappropriate for a business to never answer their phone during their business hours.

This is a great place, and Amy is wonderful. Amy and Kevin are friendly, professional and take all the time you need. They answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be a client from now on.

I LOVE this place!!! Ist off– VERY accommodating! Amy was able to see me right away, I parked right in front of the door and we chatted for 2 hours during and after the IPL that I had on my face. She was very thorough and educated me on the different types of skin, causes and «fixes» for the different concerns that I had. She was super friendly and I feel like I made a new friend! Highly recommend Alla Moda!!!

Went for the big first ILP for upper body freckles. Have had it on my face by three other providers. More info and assessment provided than others. More zap and results than anticipated. Nice facility but not pretentious. Amy was good cmpany even for the 2 – 2.5 hours. Mine was a mix of groupon and regular fees, but I think more affordable than most quotes I got even without the groupon. Happy!

I got my annoying little veins taken care of today! Swimsuit ready!!! Still the best in town! Love the Alla Moda Med Spa!

Very good massage therapist. The massage was very relaxing, and the therapist was very attentive with the strokes and pressure during the massage.

Wow. wow. WOW!!! I’m so impressed with this place! Just received an IPL photo facial a week ago and am seeing some incredible results 7 days later. Kevin was so wonderful and I am so looking forward to my next treatment in a few weeks. The staff is so nice, friendly, professional and very informative. The procedure was the first of its kind for me and Kevin explained each step and told me ahead of time what he was doing and what to expect. He took his time and was very careful to make sure he got my «trouble» spots. I highly recommend this location!

Wow. Most excellent. Very professional. I’m not accustomed to having a spa take their time with me. I had the IPL photofacial of the face, neck, décolletage (chest), and hands. I’ve had it before but I’ve NEVER had anyone actually cover all that I paid for.
Money well spent. Excellent customer service.
