Allison is amazing at what she does. I would recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat. She helped us purchase our new home under stressful circumstances (relocating from out of state with a 2 month old baby)
She definitely puts your interests first. She never rushed us into any decisions. We never felt any pressure from her. She is very honest and thorough when explaining the positives and negatives during the house hunt as well as the negotiation process and beyond.
It is a cliché but she truly goes above and beyond. She was at all of our inspection appointments — even ones we couldn’t attend. She made sure the entire process– not just the search– went extremely smoothly. She helped us with little issues even after closing.
She knows EVERYTHING about all Central Texas neighborhoods– she gives very neutral positions, but offers just enough opinion that you can make your own accurate choice.

Allison Olson is a great realtor. She was very patient with us as we wavered between buying a loft downtown or finding a house in the suburbs. She showed us many terrific listings in both categories.
