Alpha Self Storage

I made a reservation online for a 16′ and went to this location Friday morning at 9:00am to pick it up. The two (obviously just woke up) employees didn’t show up until 9:15am and proceeded to assist the long line of people waiting at a snails pace. The sleepy faced woman literally pecked at her keyboard once every 2 to 3 seconds. Well, that was when she wasn’t blankly staring at the screen for minutes at a time. The person in line behind me was told that though he made a reservation, he would not be getting a truck. The lady repeatedly told him «blame Budget, not us. We can’t control whether or not they will deliver trucks to us». She then pointed to me and said «this guy didn’t even make a reservation until Wednesday. He is very lucky to even have a truck today. I had to bend over backwards to make that happen». Well funk, It must be my lucky day.
So I am the 3^rd person in line and it takes about 50 minutes to get out of that hellhole. I was silent and fuming but never lost my cool even though at this point I was paying movers to sit around at my place waiting for me to arrive. The perfect ending was when I grabbed the keys and the lady blurted out «have a blessed day». I thought the same in return– F you. I’m never coming back. Worst. Experience. Ever.
