Amazing Lash Studio

I went for my first ever full set of lashes, with no idea what to expect. The service I received was mediocre at best, but the lashes initially looked nice. 4 DAYS later and ALL of the lashes had already fallen out. Note, lash extensions are meant to last ~3 weeks before a refill.
When I called to complain, the owner offered to comp a refill (which would only cover part of the cost since I needed to start with a new full set once again). Upon showing up for this appointment, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled and they had nobody to see me. I received no phone call or notice.
Overall, the service left a lot to be desired, and the quality was far from what was promised. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

I’ve called a few times, left a message… Even requested an appointment through their website… No call back or nothing. I ended up going to another location. I just figured to go to this one because I just moved and this location is closest to me. Now, I don’t know if I will ever go here. Unfortunate because I never had this problem with the other two locations I previously went to.

Crystal is the best and is so meticulous about getting every eyelash in it’s place! I originally had my first set done in Houston, and the technician glued some of my eyelashes together… Crystal immediately went to work to correct the mistake and make my eyelashes look incredible!
There are a few girls that seem unhappy at the front desk, but the other ones that are cheerful and engaging, make up for the other grumpy ones! Set your appointment with Crystal, you will not regret it! She is AMAZING!

My first time there and waking out my eyelashes looked fabulous! I know they fall out, but mine fell out so fast. Today is Monday and I went on a Thursday late afternoon and one of my eyes is so thin compared to the other eye. I’m actually kind of embarrassed. Beautiful place, nice employees, and affordable. But I guess it’s true, you get what you spend. Mine were $ 79 and I gave a $ 20 tip. But not happy with my results at all!
10−27−15 The owner reached out to me, I just got done getting them fixed by Felicia, and they look 10x better! I am now completely satisfied. The management is amazing, to reach out to make sure that I was a 100% satisfied! Thanks a million ladies, I will definitely be coming back to see Felicia!

Lashes are great but the customer service sucks. I went in for my first appointment to get lashes schedule out my refill for 4 weeks out. I called to cancel my appointment for the following day, spoke to the front desk and never not once did they say that I was going the charged 50% of my lash service for doing so. I called Friday to cancel my appointment had my appointment on Saturday and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I called the front desk back and they said because I had schedule my appointment at 9am Saturday and I called at 1pm on Friday I was charged. No where on their 24 hour policy does it state that you have to call and cancel within your timestamp. So I was given the owners number (Debbie) never returned my call, so I called corporate head quarters got an email 2 days later that they are sorry for the inconvenience and gave me 25 credit towards my next lash appt. Really??? Horrible service the owner obviously does not care about her customers and not quite sure how she still runs her business.

I don’t mean to lash out (pun intended) but, I would NOT recommend getting your lashes done at Amazing Lash on Braker Ln. I’ve never posted a negative review but I feel very strongly that I need to share my experience so other people aren’t mislead like I was.
I signed up for what I believed was a month to month membership for $ 49.00 a month and I could cancel at anytime — like a tan membership or a massage membership. The person that signed me up said I could cancel with a 30 day notice. What she failed to mention was that it was a year membership and I could cancel with a 30 days notice but I would still be responsible for paying for an entire year! Seriously? Not what I asked for!
It was never explained to me that I would be signing up for an entire year because I never would have done that. I actually thought I could save money by doing month to month. I feel like I was mislead and I think it’s a very sneaky and dishonest way to do business.
I’ve called and left several messages for the owner, Debbie, and also sent her several emails and I’ve gotten no reply from her. I feel like it’s a very dishonest company to do business with and the owner could care less if she has a dissatisfied customer.
A note about the service… the girls are all very sweet but inexperienced and not well trained. I wish I would have read a review like this before l ever stepped foot through their doors.
Also, having lash extensions is very hard on your lashes and mine are still trying to grow back after two months of not doing extensions.

Love love love this place! Tabatha was the first to do my lashes and she was so efficient, quick and meticulous! She’s gone now though but I have Marisol who’s also amazing!!! I’ve had a few hiccups with some refills but I reached out to the manager to discuss my experience and she was quick to reply and offered a resolution that I didn’t even think of. That alone earned that last little star. I wasn’t made to feel like my business wasn’t appreciated. What an amazing company! There are a few places in town that are a little more cost effective but I pay for the experience and this place is well worth every penny!

Although there is a franchise name on the outside, the inside is personal and run just like a small business. The owner takes pride in her store and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. My technician listened to all my wants and needs. My lashes are picture perfect for my wedding day! Thanks Amazing Lash! ;)

How have I survived all these years without the Amazing Lash Studio!!!
I recently had my first appointment for a full set of Lash Extensions and could not be happier with the results! I had been wanting to try this out for a couple of years now, but every place I found had ridiculous pricing, so I never went through with it. However, I saw Amazing Lash Studio opened up just down the street from my home and was extremely excited to try them out because of their $ 79.99 promotion. I walked in late one night (after they had already closed) and spoke with the owner about what to expect, how to take care of them, etc. She was so nice and had me sold, so I booked an appointment for the following week to have them applied before a wedding I would be attending.
I came in for an evening appointment with Felicia, and she did a fabulous job. Never have my eyelashes looked more full or long. They were stunning! Felicia was extremely meticulous making sure they would be absolutely perfect. And she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Keep in mind though, your first set can take upwards of 2.5 — 3 hours. But I’ve been back for a mini session as well which was much faster.
I’ve signed up for the monthly membership, because I am officially addicted. It’s only $ 45.99 per month which includes a refill each month. This is the best pricing I have seen anywhere.
The studio is really beautiful, the staff extremely sweet, and they’ve got the best pricing in Austin for lash extensions. I have received so many compliments from my girlfriends and even random strangers I encounter. What more can a girl ask for? I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio and will be going back at least once a month (maybe even more!)
