AVOID!!! This is possibly the worst auto insurance! When I first purchase the coverage the agent and I agree that if I paid a little more I would have road side assistant and towing, when I finally needed towing I found out I didn’t have it? AND they tried to over charge me, I called them several times but no answer. I was forced to cancel my coverage and switch over to State Farm(best decision ever) 1MONTH later they are finally calling me back?! This company is BS!

I don’t even want to give them one star! This insurer sucks all the way around! They are difficult to talk to and get help from! I was paying outrageous money for only liability and I switched to State Farm and pay LESS money for FULLCOVERAGE!!! They never have an answer for any of my questions, it’s always some girl with language barriers that tells me «I don’t know». Then who the heck am I supposed to ask lady? You’re my insurance!!! You should KNOWTHEANSWER!!! I’m so glad I’ve never had a claim
