Purchased a Living Social Deal for «$ 500 to spend on a decorative concrete patio at American Concrete and Construction». Company twice failed to honor agreement to meet at my residence to conduct an on-​site estimate of concrete work, even though we called to confirm the appointments both times. Company has 3 contact numbers for our household, yet did not call us to let us know that they would not make it to our residence. Both times I took personal time off of work to meet them on a weekday morning. Company’s Facebook page states that they pride themselves on customer service. Obviously this is not the case. Part of a business such as theirs is honoring their commitments to conduct estimates. Do not use this business.
