Apartment Locator Pierre Megie

I called Pierre in crisis mode. My moving plans had fallen apart due to unforeseen (see: relationship issues) circumstances, and I had 11 days to find an apartment. He was not only helpful, but perhaps even a little psychic. Also, of all the people I had and have spoken to in this business, mostly around this time of immediate crisis, Pierre was the most personable. He seemed neither desperate for my business nor disinterested, rather he actually seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a place that would suit my needs best.
I told him where I was currently living (downtown), how much I was currently paying (a lot), how much I wanted to pay (a lot less — like, less than half of my current rent), where I worked, and the amenities I enjoyed, but I think at this point I didn’t have any dealbreakers. …He had just the place for me in mind and immediately sent over an email with a video tour.
I waffled. I waited. Briefly, mind you — probably less than 24 hours — I was on a deadline here. But I was — and am — also quite spoiled in terms of the amenities I have come to enjoy in an apartment. I called a few other people after driving around some neighborhoods surrounding downtown. I was underwhelmed by the people and turned off by the price-​per-​square-​foot ratio. I called Pierre back. «Maybe we can look more… central?» I asked. «Or even north?» I was a little hesitant about this first place he had suggested because even though it looked REALLY nice, it was in BFE, off 620 South. The only thing close by (in my mind) would be work. yaaaaaay. It wasn’t my first choice, but I figured I would check it out.
He quickly sent over another couple (very comprehensive!) lists while I made my way out to the original apartments he had recommended. (I should probably write a review about them, but I’ll wait until I’ve been living here a little longer to do that. So far, so good.) Yup, you read that correctly. Pierre might be psychic — I ended up choosing the first place he had suggested — it was absolutely my style. Upon visiting, I loved the leasing agent, the property, the amenities, the physical apartment, and made my decision to move in within 48 hours.
The wrap up: Pierre is incredibly kind and communicative without being pushy. I would recommend his services to anyone — he knows his stuff! I appreciate his help because I never would have found this place without him! Many thanks!

Pierre is the man! We showed up to City Wide Realty with an appointment with another individual. That individual was not there, despite us having a scheduled meeting. Pierre was more than happy to assist us. He took us through plenty of properties within our parameters, called up 10+ apartments, and then we followed him to a few properties. We were able to land an amazing apartment within our budget.
Pierre was 100% professional, honest, to the point, and pleasant. Will most certainly come to him if we ever need an apartment in the ATX area again.
