Assured Towing

These people are the most disgusting, crooked individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They illegally towed my car from its correct parking spot in my apartment complex. My apartment complex called them and demanded they release my car. In response to this, they produced a fradulent e-​mail that they claimed was written by my apartment manager to tow my car. My apartment manager did not write this e-​mail and demanded again that they release my car. Meanwhile, I had to call them every hour for the whole day to speak to the «owner». They owner kept «just stepping out» and they repeatedly asked me for the same information over and over again and never called me back.
They finally agreed to release my car (I had to find this out through the apartment complex cause Assured would not call me) without charge and offered to tow it back to my apartment complex for $ 150. Umm, NO!
Absolutely dispicable and criminal.

This place is ridiculous. They sell cars, trucks and boats without titles to the highest bidder. Although they claim not to to have auctions they Woot say no to a stack of bills. They tow people at random it seems, and yes I’ve seen them take photos before they tow a car, but that same car was towed away with the parking brake still engaged. It snapped and let the wheels spin after a few hundred feet of screeching. But I’m sure that was part of the towing report. A hole company.
