We have been clients of ABA Connect for almost two years. Our BCBA is amazing and genuinely cares about our child. The therapists we have working with us are so caring and accommodating and are so child-centered that we feel 100% confident in all of our sessions. ABA can sometimes seem daunting and scary (especially if you do a google search), but my son absolutely adores his therapists. He is sad if a session is cancelled!
The billing and insurance department is the best I have ever come across in the healthcare field. I have been absolutely blown away by how thorough and competent they are in dealing with complex billing issues. We have had 3 insurance changes (and are about to have another) and each time they have done a fantastic job explaining copays, benefits, etc before services are provided. The response time to emails is usually minutes. They truly care about what they are doing and the families they serve.
A+ ABA Connect! They are really a part of our family. :-)
