Art Carter is not a good agent. He was impatient and quickly irritated when I asked to see more apartments. I finally found an apartment and moved in 12/​19/​2014 with the understanding that I should received my rebate check within 3 months of my move-​in. It is now 4÷9÷15 and I have not received my rebate nor have I gotten a return call from my agent Art Carter.

The service was excellent. Marty listened to my preferences and found me apartment matches that suited my needs. I am moving from Dallas and after Marty helped me through the search process, we narrowed down the places to visit. He spent the entire day driving me around. He is not pushy and assisted me with the application process. I found my new home. I felt so spoiled.

Shannon Hodges really helped me take the stress out of finding an apartment by finding me a place FAST that is is my desired part of town and within budget. I am moving to Austin from out of state and I found her advice very helpful. I can’t wait to move into my new apartment in Austin!

Cecelia Cavasos is the BEST in the business! All you have to do is tell her what you want and she goes above and beyond to find you an apartment that you’ll love! She seems to ALWAYS be available to answer all your questions and even takes the time out to view all of the apartments with you. Cecelia helped me find two apartments so far and I plan on olny using her in the future!

Well I leased an apartment through this agency and was promised the «REBATE» THEY CLAIM TO GIVE. Turns out I have lived in my 2 br apt since May 8, 2010 and no rebate has been given. Falsely advertised by the company and now I am getting the run around. I would not have a issue if I didnt have other offers for this time of service. At
i would have recieved a automatic half off first months rent. At
i would have recieved 100 $ off move in. But nope i decieded with this company for their so called rebate and no cheese was given. So i believe they should promote the rebate but with a little foot note that it is not guaranteed! And expect to be tossed around with no reponse to any emails or phone calls/​messages. Soo thank you austin apartment store for lying to my face when i could have gone with another servie to help me with my move. Thank you!

I had Curtis as my agent, and he was AMAZING and I cannot even begin to go on about him, as it would take up the entire space. Every place he showed me was great, in price range, and if it wasnt what we expected, we’d laugh about it.
I moved in my place 4 months ago, haven’t heard anything about my rebate. I have called many times and only had them be rude to me (except Michael, he gave me the email and phone of Chesley, the acctg woman who cuts the checks). I have called Chesley about 5 times, and sent innumberable emails, to get NO RESPONSE. I can’t believe she is allowed to get away with that, where has good business practice gone?

The name of the Consultant is Cecilia Cavasos! She is bar none the best locator in Austin. I could not have asked for a better person to show me a few places in the Austin area. Cecilia found an apartment for me that was not only in my range, close to work, and big enough but, AWESOME!
I am not one for spending an entire day looking for a place and Cecilia, over a few questions narrowed my search and made the decision easy. I think that the folks at Austin Apartment Store are lucky to have such great Representation!
