These guys are great!
I had a problem with the dishwasher and then called and made an appointment to have it looked at them fixed. The serviceman, Ken Atwell, appeared shortly after the commencement of the allotted time and got to work. In a very short time he figured out the problem with the dishwasher and had it fixed.
I then had him look at the icemaker on my refrigerator which had been out of order for a long time. The flap to allow the ice out would not open and the result was that ice would back up in the inside and cascade all over the kitchen floor when you opened the door. I’d had a serviceman look at it sometime ago and they told me the whole ice making unit had to be replaced and they wanted $ 385 for the replacement part plus the installation fee. I didn’t think having ice through the door was worth that much and elected not to have it fixed. I asked Ken do take a look at it while he was there. In a few minutes, he had everything apart and he found a loose connecting wire to the mechanism that operated the flap. Within 15 minutes, the icemaker was back together and everything was working. And he got down on his knees and cleaned up the floor around the refrigerator where ice had fallen out.
The inside glass of my oven door is cracked and affects the operating temperature of the oven. I had obtained an estimate for fixing it before and I was quoted something in the range of $ 300. I asked Ken to give me an estimate for fixing it and he gave me a price of $ 300 for everything — replacing the oven door glass, fixing the icemaker and the dishwasher. I gladly paid him in advance and tipped him for his services.
He wasn’t in my house for an even an hour. Now that is what I call service.

I called on a Saturday morning, hoping for same day service. John came out, and was able to address the problem right away. I got fast, efficient, friendly, AND effective service!
The lady who answered my call was pleasant and helpful.
