I rented a passenger van for my bachelorette party. The pricing was fair, but the van wasn’t what I expected. The carpet was coming up and the seats were uncomfortable.
Our driver was a LOUD and very talkative older woman who constantly interrupted our conversation with facts about Austin. It was annoying after a while.
We got to our destinations just fine, but we ran 30 minutes over our alotted time. We were charged for the full hour.
Overall it was just an okay experience.

Working with Derek Davis, owner of Austin Awaits was a true pleasure. I contacted Austin Awaits just one week before our Austin event for 100+ people and they provided excellent service. We needed shuttles to and from the airport/​hotel and various events in the Austin area over a 3 day period. Derek stayed on site at the airport to make sure everyone had transportation. The drivers were personable and greeted everyone with a smile and bottled water! Lastly Derek was quickly responded to all calls and texts. Overall, Austin Awaits went above and beyond our expectations to make our attendees feel comfortable. I highly recommend Austin Awaits and will use them in the future if the need arises.
