Amazing customer service! Good, quality products. Excellent delivery and pick up. Rental rates are the lowest in town :) I’m pretty particular about my events and can be annoying with my questions/​desire to make sure things are done properly, but I felt at ease and respected here. They even accomodated a morning of change from me picking up the equipment to having it delivered.
I rented tables and chairs for a baby shower in September and will be renting from them again for a backyard cookout.
Will return to write more soon, but this place is my go to for furniture rental needs from now on. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We rented chairs for our wedding then paid an extra $ 175 to have them picked up the same night (which is ridiculous). Chairs were not picked up that night and we were still charged. When we called to speak with them about the issue the receptionist told 3 different stories about when they showed up, none of which were accurate. Told us all sales were final then the lady began to speak loudly and extremely ghetto then hung up on us. Terrible company with horrific customer service with uneducated employees.

Outstanding service and prompt response. We were having a cook off event for our company and I spent a few hours googling ‘austin table rental’ and calling the first ones that popped up on the search. Those of which called me back (which was only about 50% of them) were reasonably priced when it came to the rental of the equipment– but we needed them dropped off and picked up at certain times and some of these companies were charging $ 250 for specific drop off and pick up time… each! On top of the 100 $ delivery fee!
I was beginning to loose hope and was considering just renting a uhaul for the day and getting some helpers from work to pick up and drop off the tables and chairs. One of my co-​workers suggested Austin Chair & Table Rental– I called them the Monday before the event (which was on a Thursday) and they responded immediately. They only charged the delivery fee and were prompt the day-​of the event. They communicated well and were right on time to pick up the equipment.
Javier and his staff were friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them. I organize events for our company here and there and will definitely be calling them again.

I would highly recommend using Austin Chair & Table Rental. My experience was top notch from the second Elsie answered the phone to having the items ready and loaded on to my truck, to the pick up of the items I rented, everything was a pleasurable experience. Mr. Martinez was professional & diligent. It was nothing less than a 5 star experience the whole way around.

Called Austin Chair & Table Rental and left a message… no call back. I called back the next day and spoke with Javier. He said he was with a customer and would call me back… never heard back from him. Not going to call a third time. With all the positive reviews, I was hoping to have a better experience but will have take my business elsewhere.

first time i used these guys, i accidentally ordered the wrong chairs. they got delivered on-​time and by the time i realized my mistake, the truck was long gone. i was in a mild panic so i called javier and he assured me he would take care of it. he made an extra trip to upgrade my order, pick-​up the proper chairs and redeliver what i should have ordered in the first place – all in a couple of hours on the same day. it was impressive. javier is very personable and really makes you feel like things will get handled. most other companies i’ve found to be kinda shady and untrustworthy so it was very refreshing. i’ve used these guys 2 other times over the past year or so. the only reason they don’t get 5 stars is i want to use them a few more times and make sure they are consistently awesome… so far so good though.

After calling a number of other rental companies in town who all told me they were too busy or out of the chair I needed, I called Javier at Austin Chair and Table Rental and I am so glad I did! It was a last moment order of just 10 chairs but Javier was extremely attentive and responsive.
I knew he was slammed but he still made time for my tiny order and delivered the chairs as promised. When I spoke to him on the phone the day-​of, I asked him how they did their billing, whether they accepted credit cards and his comment was basically, «Getting the chairs to you, on time is my first priority, we will handle payment after.» I really appreciate that. Good customer service does not go unnoticed!

First time using this company, I called them because of the Unilocal reviews. Javier was terrific. I only needed one table and 8 chairs. A pleasure to deal with. Will definately use them anytime I have the need.

I called this business on ⁵⁄₁₄ but got a message stating the voicemail was full. Red flag for a business, right? I sent Javier an email. He stated that «it’s been crazy (to busy)» (sic) and asked for my phone number. No mention of fixing the voicemail issue. I emailed him back my number but never got a call. And when I called again to follow up… voicemail still full.
It’s great that business is good for Javier, but will it continue to be if he cannot properly manage his customer contacts? I wonder about those customers whose voicemails are still waiting on the line… and what happens if you need to reach him about your event?

Just what we need at a great price!
I didn’t need much, just a few children’s tables and chairs for my daughters birthday. The first place I called seemed bothered, like I was wasting their time on such a small order. However Javier was great and treated my order like it was top priority. Would recommend to anyone!

Austin Chair and Table rental is amazing! Javier Martinez (GM/​Founder) was wonderful to work with! We had a backyard party at my home and needed tables, chairs and table cloths. Everything was perfect… the price, the tables & chairs, delivery and pick-​up. I will definitely use them again for future parties!

This review is well deserved and long overdue. I rented a tent, tables, chairs, dishes, etc, to create an experience for my friends and family. The experience ended with a dinner in Zilker Park, under our violet crown evening sky in a tent environment created by Javier. The photos show the experience to be exactly what I envisioned. Javier heard me, asked questions, gave great advice, and delivered/​executed the plan beautifully. I recommend Austin Chair and Table to others and they are always very happy with the customer service, quality of the products and the price.

Javier has saved the day for me more than once for me. I often find myself putting on events at the last minute or changing things as I go. He is amazing. He even delivered at 9PM once for a soft opening I had. Thanks Javier for going the extra mile to make me look good

Javier, the owner, is wonderful. His prices are the best in town and I appreciated that he really went above and beyond to help me with timing for my husband’s 40^th birthday party. His delivery and pick up were right on time and the items I ordered were perfect. He’s one of the few places in town that actually rents red carpet instead just selling it and the carpet was high quality and looked great.
The other awesome part about his service was that he was willing to do a pick up on Sunday for no extra charge; most places in town will not do a Sunday pick up! That ended up not working with our schedules so he did the pick up on Monday and did not charge us for an extra day. Super cool.
