Austin Clear Water Sprinklers

BEWARE!!! DON’T USE THESE GUYS! I just had these guys come to my house to fix a 3 foot piece of pipe. I had already dug the entire thing up and all they had to do was thread a fitting and connect the pipe at two ends already exposed. 2 people came out, one old guy who sat on his butt and was on the phone constantly and another young guy named Evan that did all the work. I asked several times for an estimate and all I got was «I have no idea but it will be cheaper since you dug it out». I asked again 30 mins later when they had gotten no where and they still wouldn’t give me one. They seemed nice but when I got the bill it was a WHOPPING $ 200. They charged me $ 40 to thread a fitting and an hour and a half of labor at $ 95 when they were only here 1 hour and working on it 30 mins. I talked to the owner and he said that he would see what he could do. I had my boyfriend call him later and he gave him the «you had a 2 man crew». Seriously! I put an entire sprinkler system at my other house for only $ 2700 with Sullivan’s. Shame on me for not calling them to do the repair. NEVER AGAIN!!!
