Austin Fence Repair

Well, Encouraged the previous good review I called Justin and he told me it would be about three weeks before he could get to it. Check, I aligned with that. During our conversation on ¹¹⁄₉ I left with the expectation that I would get an estimate within four days. That didn’t happen and neither did any response to either of the two follow-​up emails I sent. So to be fair, I cannot speak to the quality of his work, however, if I cannot even get an estimate out of a contractor in a timely fashion, I am done.

We got nailed by a storm in June that had 70 mph straight-​line winds that uprooted and broke a lot of large trees on our property. A couple of trees fell on our 6′ black chain link fence. Justin was meticulous in repairing the damage efficiently and less expensive than I thought it would be. He was very conscientious in all that he did, taking care to paint all the new fittings black to match the existing fence. We also had him fix a gate and a couple of things that existed before the storm. The work he did was worth more than what he charged. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else the next time I need any fence work done.

Justin went above and beyond not just fixing some old fencing, but building me a fantastic new section of contemporary-​styled fencing which expanded my usable yard by 50%. For my project he was a one man show, yet completed what was a completely custom request in under a week. I wanted a unique modern fence and he was extremely flexible and accommodating to my desire for a non-​traditional style. He delivered and then-​some with a beautiful patterned horizontal cedar fence. He even fabricated a custom aluminum framed, cedar faced gate.
I give him 5 stars for overall service and quality of results. He’s extremely polite, dedicated and eager to please. His pricing couldn’t be beat, yet the quality was even better than I had hoped for. A truly great experience. Did some work for me to repair a couple fence posts. Great work, and cleaned everything up afterwards. A little difficult to get the work scheduled, but with all the issues with the wind storm plus the rain after that, I can’t blame him too much. Being able to use credit would be better, but he would likely have to charge more too.

Justin fixed some rotten fence posts and pickets for us after the recent storms. He was professional and courteous — plus his work is top notch. He cleaned up and even came by at no charge to sure up the fence panel after it fell down completely. He cares and it shows.
